Both series has a very strong willed heroine. Their life changes as they enter the supernatural world and meets a mysterious guy(s)?! And staying under the same roof isn't very easy. I really love Kamisama Hajimemashita manga and anime, once you read Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji you will enjoy another great series!

Both are about an orphaned, homeless girl who takes up residence in a shrine where she is initially told to leave. Both lead male characters are fox demons (and I suspect that the author of Momochi heavily based the male character off of Tomoe in terms of design), though their personalities are very different. Youkai, supernatural things, being the head of a prestigious shrine, etc. are abundant in both manga.

Honestly Momochi-san Chi is an inferior copy/duplicate of Kamisama Kiss. I read it because the male lead really looked like Tomoe and the art is great. But I warn you the plot is significantly WORSE than that of Kamisama so I was VERY disappointed. They have a lot of the same themes though like orphaned girl, living with ayakashi, etc.

1) Aoi looks exactly like Tomoe, 2) Himari has very similar personality + she possess some kind of a hidden power that develops within time just like Nanami, 3) It's a story about ayakashi. This three reasons point similraities up between two mangas :)

Momochi (shortened title) is like Kamisama in the way that both fall under the shojo genre but share very similar themes like supernatural, romance, mythology, harem and fantasy. The protagonists from both series are ordinary girls who happen to find and end up living inside a house with spirits/ Gods.
