The 2 most popular works by Matsuri Hino.
Both shoujo manga which have pretty art, romance, fantasy/magic/supernatural, a pair of hot siblings/twins, and the average female lead.
MeruPuri is more light-hearted and lovey-dovey than VK, and the latter has drama, violence, and a wider cast of characters, but if you liked one, you'll probably enjoy the other as well.

The characters in Vampire Knight are more mature but definitely resembled the ones in MeruPuri! The plotlines are different but they are both magical. If you like shoujo romance and Hino Matsuri's work, then you should totally read Vampire Knight. The art is fantastic and breath-taking as usual coming from Hino-san, and plus, there are wayyy more hotties.
Both were from the same mangaka and both have elements of romance in it as well too and both share very cute and endearing artstyles in it as well too.
