Both are about a girl who is the illegitimate daughter of a famous actress. But there are two differences I ought to name:
1. In PA Shiho's mom wants Shiho to debut but Shiho cares about her mother's reputation and in LH Rise's mother cares about her reputation, so Rise doesn't debut.
2. PA is about Shiho's job as an actress and LH is about Rise's encounter with Leo.
