Jiraishin is about a mysterious, genius detective and the crimes he solves. It has murders, corrupt politicians and policemen, and also other mature themes.
Ouroboros is similar to that. The MC is a policeman and solves cases similar to Jiraishin. It is also a mature seinen manga, and has several murder/crime mysteries. The overall feel is similar.
