If you like music genre manga, I would suggest Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru and Youth Gone Wild. The first one is ongoing while the second one is an older completed manga. They have realistic representations of the good and bad sides of the music industry, although Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru is darker and has more of the bad side, while Youth Gone Wild is a little more upbeat. The relationships in it are also on the darker side, while the realtionship between the mc's in Youth Gone Wild progresses very slowly.
