Same kind of relaxing atmosphere and similar kind of comedy.
The art also looks alike and the also seem to share some of the voicing cast.
Both of them also have a character who is very clueless about the world seems to be very innocent and not to bright either.
And they both focus on a group who is very close to each other and they also care very much for everyone in there group.
Both Acchi Kocchi and A-Channel give off the same feel of ordinary everyday high school life and lack of serious plot. They are both heavy on "moe" and have a laid-back approach to humor that doesn't actually lead to gut-busting laughs. The characters are also kinda similar but unlike A-Channel, Acchi Kocchi actually has guys in it and that makes things even more interesting. If you liked watching one of them you wont regret trying out the other.
Both A-Channel and Acchi Kocchi are Comedy Slice of Life anime. They both take place at a school and have moe characters. Both have a small main character. While all the main characters in A-Channel are female, Acchi Kocchi has both male and female main characters.

-the main female characters are more down to earth whilst the other are more energetic and bubbly (besides Io from Acchi Kocchi he is also a down to earth character)
-the stories are different but are still very similar to each other
