both main character leave their homeland and leave to Europe to make them self better beacause of their Father, and each one of them spend the time with some girl , and get involve in solving the problems and mysteries , and each couple have a teacher always seeking for what they doing.
and both girls are annoying and always get protected by the boy main character.
specially in Gosick and not so much in machine-doll.
