Both are a boob anime; with much fanservice.
Both series have a lot of sexy women with big boobs (Sekirei is a harem, while Queen's Blade ONLY has female characters).
Also, both anime share a similar concept: some kind of tournament for females...so in both anime women fight each other while mostly just their clothes are ripped off when they take a beating.
