Kobato.

If you liked the animation and motifs found in "Card Captor Sakura," you're sure to fall in love all over again with CLAMP's animation "Kobato." The animation style keeps that unique CLAMP feel to it, brought to life with a great voice cast and a storyline that will have you laughing one moment and then reaching for a Kleenex the next. This anime is a great watch for anyone who is looking for a little bit of angelic magic. :3
Both are cute series by CLAMP. Kobato and Sakura have somewhat similar personalities (Determined, a little clutzy, etc) Both anime also have cute animal companions of the main character (Ioryogi and Kero) and a little romance.
Two very cute girls with different goals.
Sakura takes the clow cards and Kobato healing people's hearts.
Two creations of CLAMP!

If you enjoyed the sweet, romantic aspect of Cardcaptor Sakura, you should plan to watch Kobato.
The two both have the concept of a innocent, naive girl and a comical sidekick that's a doll. They also contain a "that's just so sweet" love that grows between two seemingly unlikely people. Both male protagonists (Syaoran and Fujimoto) go through a change of starting off cold and warming up towards the heroine (Sakura and Kobato).
Not to mention the fact that the two originated from mangas of the same mangaka group: CLAMP.

You will love kobato if you love sakura card captor. because of 3 reasons:
1# Clamp did it
2# the plot it's great! you have comedy, romance, and more!
3# you will love the characters!
I totally recommend it!
Similar artstyle (due to being from CLAMP) and design. Beyond that, both involve a world of make-believe (with involvement of supernatural beings with magical powers) within a realistic world. Kobato shares some similarities with Sakura, not only in terms of looks (Kobato looks like an older verson of Sakura with a different hairstyle), but part of her character such as cheerfulness. They are very loosely related at best due to these superficial similarities, but it is likely that both are enjoyable in their own ways.
Both are by CLAMP so the art and feel is very similar. They both involve the female lead having to collect something. In cardcaptor, sakura has to collect clow cards, where in Kobato, kobato has to collect konpeito.
-Both have a girl with a mission of colect some thing
-Romance anime
-Clamp anime
-Also Sakura and Kobato look a little alike (appearance and personality)

Main characters are both young innocent girls who have a talking "plushie", their love interest is quite similar and their main problems aren't that much different either. But you won't be bored watching the second one - even though they're very similar, they're still different enough for you to enjoy.
