Putting it Simply, Girls with Special Powers fight Bad Guys.
Putting it Largly, People with very simple powers use them in interesting and amazing ways to fight Bad Guys and Evil Orginizations. R.O.D. definitly has more depth to it's story and charecters then Mission-E but both are worth a look. I also Recommend watching the sequel R.O.D. TV, and the prequel Code-E.
