The protagonists are given the supernatural ability to control people; which was granted to them by a mysterious girl . Both protagonists also have sisters that they desperately want to protect.
Protagonist with wheelchaired little sister has a secret past with powers that aloow him to control others, tries to rule the world.

In both of them is a mysterious girl which gives people a power that they most desire. The power of both main characters is to controll other people. This power they wanted to use to dominate the world in order to bring peace for their little sister, which is the only leftover member of their familys.

-Lelouch's Geass is similar to Eiji's Order, as they are both meant to control people.

-The main characters have similar wishes for world domination, so that they can bring peace to the world and create a better future for their sisters.
In both series the main character receives the power to bend people minds to their will from a mysterious girl/goddess. They are using this power to create a new world for their disabled sister by retaking Japan using private military organization and aiming to become a ruler.

Although big order sucks it is undeniable that they are similar in question to the plot
