I've seen a my fair share of people who rate everything a 10 because to them "Everything is a masterpiece!" To them, that IS them rating honestly. The way you do it is good.
It's good. A lot of people only liked Clannad: After Story, though.
How far are you in Angel Beats and the other stuff you're watching? You can put what episode you're on in the edit menu, which can be useful for remembering where you stopped. Though I assume you already knew that and now I look like an idiot.
