Oh :( This anime, I really really really wanted to give it a high score, however, it was a let down. I gave it an overall score of 6 because of the art. The art was good, the characters look good...that's it :(

The first two episodes were good, but when I got in the third, I was like "huh?, did I miss something?" The story was suddenly rushed, you get the feeling of having skipped an episode or two. As the episode progresses, you wish to know the characters better, you've got a lot of "Why's" going on your head, and hopes that maybe, just ... maybe, the succeeding episodes will answer even just a few of your "Why's". Unfortunately, those answers won't be coming to shut your screaming mind, instead, it'll just give you hint, clues, or rather, fill in the blanks, IN OTHER WORDS: IT'LL LEAVE YOU HANGING :(

well, I got 12 episodes, maybe that's the reason why. I think reading the manga would be better than watching the anime, maybe the manga would give much more justice to this story. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

It has been awhile since I gave a score of 10 for a manga.
Tateno Makoto's Yellow is indeed a masterpiece.
The first chapter got me hooked that I continued reading it til the end for a whole day. Every chapter is a must read.

Taki and Goh are not your typical uke/seme action couple (where one is weak and often needs a saviour and the other will just appear and be his knight in shining armor )both of them are on equal grounds, both are good looking and they both have good fighting skills (to beat up the bad guys -_^).
They started as partners and their ... relationship developed as they spend more time together.

Each character has a story of their own. Goh is openly gay, he flirts and sleeps with other men (part of his job), he often makes a lot of advances towards Taki but doesn't succeed.
Taki on the other hand is straight, and just like any other guy, he likes women, he was hesitant to accept Goh's feelings at first but finally gave in in the end

BOTTOMLINE IS.... I might end up spoiling you guys so better read the manga, its A MUST, I'm happy sequels are coming out, can't get enough of those two.

The art is superb!!
I love Ran and how he is artistically drawn, unique from other bishounen out there.
The story though is a typical romcom, but I love the way that it didn't go around the bush nor is it lengthy.

The mangaka should've shown more at the ending, though it was good

If you're looking for a goood romcom short story, this is highly recommended ^_^

I just finished reading this manga and I really don't know what to say about it. The first few chapters were really good, but then as I read further I ended up hating Shiki (one of the characters).

The anti-terrorism plot theme is ok, at some point it's unique (since most mangas I've read are into yakuza or gangs or mobs)
I think the chapters in between is just a let down, the story is boring and I see nothing but f*ck buddies and just getting laid.

One of the characters doesn't have a direction in life, while the other has but doesn't want to pursue it

Well, if ... you're looking for a BL themed manga with a great story, this isn't one for you.

Zero Mello or Cello Mellow

Every chapter presents a different story and character name but the character art and pairing is the same

I liked every chapter, it has a light and good story to it, it is not boring unlike other BL themed manga that have different stories for every chapter. The manga is focused on a story and not the usual kissing and touching stuff. Some of the stories deserve a manga of its own.

I happen to come across a recommendation about this manga so I decided to read it.

The first few chapters were OK, however the story kinda went down on its succeeding chapters. The intensity it built at the beginning of the story was lost as you read further. I really got confuse with the characters, when I was reading the manga there were names that keeps appearing but were never really discussed well, their role, what they had to do with the other character,significant contributions to the story and such.

Art is OK but not that appealing

The manga is still on going but I don't think ... I'd continue reading it till the end.

After watching a lot of fan made videos and tribute and my brothers insistent persuasion,and him saying " You'll miss out a quarter of your life if you haven't watched this" ... I got convinced AND ended up fixated on it.

This is anime is wicked!!!...KUDOS to the makers and author/s, to everyone involved with SnK.

A heart pounding anime with a very unique plot, story, and characters. You will really keep on guessing on what will happen next and your excitement builds up after every episode.
What's so great about this anime is that, every character is important, whether they're the main or the supporting ... cast, no character was pushed aside for the other character to shine. The female characters were tough, they showed strength during attacks, and the will to fight for their lives (unlike other animes wherein the women are weak, batting their eyelashes in fear)

The opening theme, Guren no Yumiya was the perfect song for the anime.
The art was superb, it wasn't over nor under rated.
This was the only anime that made me feel nervous and excited at the same time. I hope they pick it up again for a sequel

Gravitation...for me was the story that introduced shounen ai/yaoi to a huge fan base, sky rocketing it to a higher level. There were other anime/manga of the same genre that came out first, but Gravitation is different, you'll love the story, the characters, and the music!!!

The story is one of a kind, our couple protagonists, are both successful, one being a vocalist of a famous rock band, and the other, as an award winning writer ( so none of them are poor, who needs to sell his body for money).

Everything is not yaoi, Shuichi and Yuki are ... the only yaoi couples, the supporting characters have lovers of their own, but not of the same gender, which is actually great, rather than a story wherein all the hot guys are making out with the other hot guys, leaving the girls all teared up.

The art also improved as the story progresses, Shuichi looks way much better after cutting his hair.

The MUSIC is to die for, well in the anime, of course, opening and ending themes, and all featured songs really suited the anime well. Glaring dream is one of the best songs I've heard.

The only thing I don't like about this, making them fall short of a single point is that, some situations are irrelevant, like giant robots, huge guns, car and helicopter chases, it makes the story less genuine.

The sequel Gravitation EX is still on going, and I don't know if the author is still planning to continue it, but I pray that she does, because I want to finish the story, it'll give me a peace of mind :)

I think some of you have already completed reading the manga, however in my case, I couldn't find the other chapters, translated in English.

I haven't finished it, but so far, I'm loving the story, it is mystery in a sense that the reader don't get scared while reading it.

Every character have their own story that is connected with the others, the manga didn't only focus on Kuchiki, but to the supporting casts as well.
I love the part that Kuchiki doesn't play the damsel who is always in distress, she has nightmares and selective amnesia, but she doesn't go hugging her friends crying ... her heart out because of fear and confusion, instead she goes to a consultant to have herself treated.

I hope to read the other chapters so I can write a full review.

I've watched the anime, and I was hoping that they go for a second season, however, it didn't happen, so I ended up reading the manga AND!!... I wasn't disappointed... I love love love love it!!!

It tells the story of Teito Klein, his perseverance to find his true self, and his bravery to unlock his sealed memories.

The story has a lot of characters, and you get to love each one of them, even if they only took a small part in the manga. Each one of them played a significant role in Teito's past and present life.

The good thing about supporting ... characters is that, you get to remember their own story, you'll get to understand how and why they ended up that way.

Friendship and loyalty, are seen throughout the story, I nearly cried when Mikage died. He was reincarnated later on in a manner wherein he can still help Teito, and remain by his side.
Frau's and Teito's funny antics, are like a breath of fresh air in the story, you get to smirk every once in a while.

The ending of the manga, was a bit of a disappointment, it was delivered in a favorable manner, however, I just wish that Teito returned as Teito himself, and not a reincarnation, which, I know is impossible, because he did go to the Land of Seele, which is like entering death's door, but the great part there is, he got his mother and paternal uncle back after how many years.
