I didn't know you had one, either! Good to see you here. I do too! I've had an account almost since I started watching anime, and I'd never be able function without it.

Hi! :D

^^ Oh my gosh, Penguindrum gets SO WEIRD after the first few episodes... Oooh, I forget about Naoto because I played the game but never got to the part where he becomes a playable character :/
DreamFighter7 Jan 24, 2013 5:58 PM
Oooh, I think I have a good picture in mind... And I shall put my favourites on soon ^^
brixdan Jan 20, 2012 12:24 PM
Oh I was about to start that one too as it is a CLAMP production and I just LOVE CLAMP!
brixdan Jan 20, 2012 12:24 PM
Yes I loved Brotherhood. It was way more accurate and the ending is way better to it. Can't wait until they release the complete collection on blu-ray instead of parts of it.

Yeah, "romantic" is the term for the different branches of asexuality. For everything with "sexual" in it, there's a "romantic" equivalent. ie. homosexual vs. homoromantic, bisexual vs. biromantic. There's also aromantic... which is no attraction to anyone at all. It's called romantic because it's focused on a relationship with nothing sexual in it... just companionship more than anything.

Well... when you're involved in LGBT community, you kind of talk to others about your sexuality who are also in the community or just say "questioning". One of my friends just says "queer" because she hates labels and is clearly not straight.

Ah yes, just finished rewatching it before I went to sleep last night. Love that show. It really is amazing. "I'm just one hell of a butler!" xD ...Might move on to rewatching xxxholic now. :) Btw, I'm totally adding you as a friend on DeviantArt, you'll know it's me. xD

I thought we agreed that you're panromantic seeing as that's the asexual equivalent to pansexual. And pansexual people are interested in sex.

I've actually met some pansexual people lately. Very interesting people who LOVE the fact that I know what pans is because even in the LGBTQ community, nobody knows what a pansexual is. And my close friend has just decided that she's no longer a lesbian but rather she's pans... it's so cute. :D I'm probably pansexual with a preference for women, but tbh, it's just a lot easier to tell people that I'm gay (because otherwise they assume I'm bi... and I HATE it when people call me that!). ... I need more straight friends in Kent, seriously... gay people are too deep. :P

And my "straight peopple = win!" comment only works if you strongly identify with the label, which you don't and more likely never will do.

Kuroshitsuji just has a very entertaining dub because I'm British and I loved the references. :D Speaking of which, I'm ill... I tried to work on my skit, but got nowhere, so I'm thinking of spending the day finishing off my Kuroshitsuji boxset that my mum got me for my birthday. :)

HAHAHA! I know what you mean. :P Except I've been reading a lot lately... and reflecting... and damn LGBT psychology is so freaking confusing. I mean, it's interesting... but so ridiculously confusing. LGB is fine... but throw in trans stuff and bang... my head explodes. And if you don't acknowledge it, then you're cissexist... which the vast majority of the psychological community are guilty of anyway.

Homosexuality = WIN! That's just how we roll. :P Except according to my reading, I only feel this way because I identify strongly with the group and if I was straight, and identified strongly with it... I would be saying "straight people WIN!" instead... or thinking it rather. Damn... my head = dead. D:

Nabari no Ou... had a good dub. :) I kind of like the English references in Kuroshitsuji dub... heh. I guess they kind of had them in the japanese... but it's always better hearing it in English. I quite like the dub now... except from that freaking maid... whatever her name is! D:

Well... the CCS was never really dubbed as such... not in the sense that most shows are dubbed. Instead it was completely "westernised". Toya and Yukito's relationship is dumbed down because it was believed that they had homosexual tendencies that young children shouldn't see or they'll get "ideas". Same with the thing with Syaoran and Yukito... Syaoran has a bit of a crush there... which was also cut out for the same reason. Freaking pathetic... just don't bother yourself with it. I... stilll need to pay membership to the anime society here... when I do I'm going to ask for CCS (Japanese version) from their electronic library and stick it on my hard-drive. Heck yeah, by the end of this year I will have a hard drive full of anime! xD

I knew you would love Kuroshitsuji II. Alois is such a freaking sadistic kid, but he's so sad. They make you hate him, then make you love him and then get rid of him. v___v

CLAMP!!!!!!!!! Speaking of which I went shopping yesterday and found Cardcaptor Sakura manga in the shop. I was like "CLASSIC!!!! EPIC WIN!!!" and of course bought it. :P It's a big omnibus version of the manga, which has the first 3 volumes (I think...). Love CCS. Love CLAMP. :D
RavenWynter Oct 22, 2011 12:20 PM
Yeah... Higurashi is over the top gory, ie. there's a scene when a girl stabs herself in the head, when a girl has to rip her own fingernails off and a number of scenes when characters die by clawing at their necks. At times you really have to turn away. But the ending is amazing. It is definately a well thought out plot... and it's actually one of my favourite animes. :)

Haha... I started watching Kobato because one of my friends at anime society recommended it as I told her that I liked CLAMP. :D I love the opening... well to be fair, I love all of it. Absolutely adorable. ^^
RavenWynter Oct 18, 2011 12:52 PM
Well... people compare Higurashi and Elfen Lied and have concluded thar Higurashi is probably worse in terms of gore. It's horrible and creepy and I still watched it wondering why... why the hell am I watching this? And why are these people doing this? And what the hell is even going on? It's one of those shows where you really don't have a clue until right at the end, hence why I loved the second season. The ending was just perfect, if you ask me. Everything fit together just right. :D

Kobato... is so freaking cute! I watched it whilst it was airing, it was one of those anime that I kept up with during term time as my "dinner time" show. :) I love it. But I'm very biased, I love anything CLAMP. But Kobato was especially cute. They even have Syaoran and the gang appear in one episode. xD Your thoughts?
RavenWynter Oct 16, 2011 9:36 AM
Higurashi (When They Cry) is over the top gory. But it's good if you can look past all the gore. I LOVE the second season.
