I haven't tried any of the anime/manga you have recommend, because I haven't had time to watch any. But don't worry, I will! <3 ^^

Gah that's depressing I know what you mean. So like I was talking about anime with one of my real life female friends and this other dude comes in who kinda watches anime and reads manga but he's nowhere near being called hardcore and I'd almost call him a weeaboo. And me and her are talking and Pany and Stocking and studio Ghibli and he says "What's studio ghibli?".....Now I honestly agree that it's almost impossible to not know every anime out there but not knowing what studio ghibli is or miyazaki when you've been watching anime for a while is sad. Even people who don't watch anime or know what it is know what studio ghibli is.

Oh speaking of ghibli guess what I got to see in theaters ^_^ I got to see Studio Ghibli's newest film "From up on Poppy Hill" It was extremely good! If you get the chance totally watch it. It was made by Goro Miyazaki who is Mr. Miyazaki's son and he did a great job making it

Oh xxxHolic ;_; Why haven't I watched it yet dangit. I've started my maraphoning of smaller series but there's still so many I haven't watched dangit

Exactly, funimation is kinda failing with their quickies at the moment ;_; They did One Piece in 60 seconds which was a real waste of time. Right now Scott is maraphoning episodes 1-207 of one piece so he's probably going to die. (they're streaming it live as we speak for like 77 hours)

Those types of people depress me. They don't care really about anime and they just watch it because it's there and it's something new. They don't care one bit about the blood and sweat poured into making it or the ingenuity of the series

There's a ton of stuff that made my respect for Haruhi go over the top lolz. I also love her father (he is amazing) and I swear the best moment is when Konota is walking around in a bra and shorts and her father is all "WTF is she doing! My daughter can't walk around like that. I need to lecture her and tell her what she's doing is wrong" And then Konota does something to make him get excited and he doesn't care anymore lmao

Oh what's 5X more awkward is if my father were to pop in and he says Ouran...He'd never let me live it down

Wow that's sad ;_; I didn't know that's how their marriage system works. I guess in Japan it's also pretty bad for the elderly. The young kids don't want to take care of their old parents and so the old people are poor and lonely so they're commiting crimes to be put in jail is what a women who's been to Japan told me.

Oh goodness this is gundam A-Z all over again..speaking of Gudam you hear that Rightstuf got the rights to Gundam unicorn so they're going to be releasing boxsets of the ova's starting this August. I was kinda dissapointed since I swear I remember other companies licensing it and releasing boxsets every year on bluray. It might now have been the best boxset but it was still licensed already. Rightstuf shoulda licensed something like Higurashi or GTO or Legend of Galactic Heroes.

Oh goodness yes that was my face ^_^ And I swear every time they mentioned yaoi stuff I started fanboying because I was able to relate to it so much

Ho ho ho yes they are and believe it or not they're going ot be mass produced and shown to all the children of the world to teach them amazing social skills, romance, friendship, and alll that good stuff.....(I can't take this seriously lolz but ya it should happen just watch, rightstuf will make it happen or something)

Woah I didn't know that, that's interesting. Ya it's wierd for some of the most amazing dubs out there some of the VA'S that's the only show they've voiced in. Black Lagoon had a lot of that. Like Red Dean who voices Dutch has only voiced in that anime. So it's a miracle that they got him back for the OVA's

Ya I just finished rewatching the second season of Haruhi and it was pretty good. The endless 8 wasn't that bad and I just maraphoned through it in one go so it was good.

"Roberta" lolz I have those moments all the time especially when it comes to anime. I spent almost all day last week trying to remember who voices Alucard. It wasn't till like 2 nights ago that I finally realized "IT'S CRISPIN FREEMAN OH YA" oh my goodness my brain has terrible fails.

Well they had the picture of the boxset up and everything so I don't know what's taking them forever. Seriously if I have to wait another year I'm going to write in to Funimation tell them that Revy's waited long enough to be seen by her fans

Uh and then they spent the next episode explaining Mikasa's past which was great but seriously I wanna know if Eren is getting a psycho gun or not ;_; It's his destiny to be the next captain cobra.

Lolz even when I'm reading american books I can imagine them being anime characters with anime voices. Like I was reading the hunger games and I ended up visulizing most of the characters as anime people...then the movie came out and I was heavily dissapointed.

Oh I don't know how it's happened but I've been watching comedy shows for like 2-3 weeks even though I wasn't planning it. I've kinda given up for now on planning what to watch since there's so much anime that I desperately need to watch like Darker then Black and Jojo's bizzare adventure.

The dog I was house sitting for does the same thing and then I'm all "0_0 the heck's wrong with you boy! You either do your business and come back or stay inside"

Lmao I might be the other guy too depending on what type of chat room it is. I've gotten into arguments before with Parents on online games concerning "taking their children to Florida and rhaping them" My goodness I'm horrible 0_0

Oh it depends again in the real world who I'm around. With my relatives who aren't hardcore christians I do get a bit more laid back and joke about some sexual themes. We had a dinner to celebrate mother's day and we got to talking about "the pussy shell" which I guess was a sea shell my grandparents owned. I ended up laughing really hard at the name that my aunt started joking with me about what I was laughing at. (goodness my relatives are pretty awesome)

Wait I sound brutal or whatever sounds brutal. Well honestly I don't really care about the expressions a ton because if you were seriously annoyed or had a massive emotion you'd probably put it in your message one way or another. Just let me know if I ever sound annoyed or whatever in my message and I'll let you know what's up. (I have done that before where I phrase the message bad and I apologize for doing so)

Oh take people like Panty or Revy. They're totally F-you and they're awesome. So just depends if you're like them or if you're just plain "Screw the world" I do that sometimes myself where I honestly don't care about people's opinions (this is in real life btw) and just nodd and say "yep" (this doesn't happen every time but more so with my mother or father)

Oh I buy anime because I love it and wanna support the creators. However there's a ton of other reasons like:

1. Awesome artbox sometimes

2. Bluray quality

3. Goes on a shelf so that's dope

4. Special features and dubs

So lot's of reasons to like buying anime

Honestly for streaming anime I view it as "if I didn't stream it I probably wouldn't find out about these series nor would I buy them because I rarely buy stuff I haven't watched" However I will say that pretty much anything I give a 7 or higher I will buy. (I end up giving a lot of stuff 7 or higher)

However here's the important stuff. We know about bootlegg stuff and we also got to learn about the anime industry as of 2010.

I do agree it's a miracle that japan trusted funimation again. They already don't earn much and if their episodes get leaked and go online it can be terrible.

So here's the news on me, I just finished Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt and Baka and test season 1 and am watching season 2 of B&T. P&S was sooooo goooood! I swear the dub was amazing and had me clapping every minute of it because of how much I loved hearing the dub actors say every word in the book. (the show also had some of the most amazing action scenes I've ever seen in a while and had me literally mouth opened and flailing fanboy style)

Anyways if you haven't watched P&S watch it now.

And as for B&T it's hilarious and I swear I'm so close to giving it a 10. My word I love that show so darn much, why haven't I watched it already 0,0

Also sorry for not replying to this sooner, yesterday my mom and I were watching Kids on Slope and that went a bit late and then two days ago something came up so I didn't reply to it. Today I chose a specific time to reply to this so I had plenty of time

The quickie episodes are pretty good, I like the Ides of March and Anime to Z. Last episode was horrible ;_; it was only 8 minutes long and really all they did was...oh wait they did pretty much nothing. They talked about golden week for half the episode and then they did random stuff like talking like batman and eating bananas...and then they did questions. All the questions were about Jamie Marchie and they weren't really impressive. So as I said I agree that they're episodes can be horrible but I still watch it because every once in a while they have that one episode where they announce something amazing!

Oh easily I agree with you, too many a times do we see the girls with overly high voices ;_; (ya I'm looking at you Nunnally and all you side character girls) The best female dub voices I've seen are probably Luci Christian, Caitlen Glass, and Olivia Harwood and a few others. (I take that back actually usually female dubs can work but they never work every single time. Like take Olivia Harwood as Integra, she is amazing as Integra but I don't think I've ever heard her in other dubs.)

Same here lmao, on Super Paper Mario they gave you like a 50 letter code that you had to remember and punch into a machine. Of course they wanted you to write it down because it's impossible to remember it but that's one of the joys in video games is that you can think outside the box on puzzles

Episode 5's cliffhanger had me in tears and wanting to flip my laptop tray. Seriously Eren is so fricking badass. He get's his leg chomped off and he does like 50 summersaults on roof tops and smashes into a chimney. And not only that right when blondie is about to get eaten he comes in and get's his arm chomped off but throws blondie out of the way and finally get's eaten...Seriously I could almost classify Eren as "Gar"

Same here, I'm going to buy the complete series blueray/dvd combo pack for my Birthday and watch it. Oh goodness yes I do the same thing with manga or books. Like we've all heard the quote "you know you're an otaku when you put in sound effects in your head while reading manga and you hear the characters voices" I do the same thing while read the wrestling manga or novels. (seriously there's no anime for the wrestling manga but I just know what they're voices would sound like dub)

I can't say I'm super different online then I am in real life. I mean obviously I'm more open about some of my perverted hobbies and I talk more about anime but I can't say I'm ruder or nicer online. I do get more laid back online and I try to be a gentleman but I kinda do the same thing in real life.

Oh my goodness you're correct on that. It can be fun or terrible. Although it's interesting seeing two people yelling over two series they think are amazing. Oreimo had a bunch of that and it was always hilarious seeing Kirino and Kuroneko arguing over which series they thought was better.

Ok that's one thing I can totally agree with you on. Episode 4 had way too childish things in it which annoyed me. (Story line was that Jamie was hogging the spot light and Scott was all sad) And episode 1 really annoyed me because they interviewed a black rapper who I don't think had anything to do with anime 0_0 So if anything I'd have to say I wouldn't have watched it but because the first quickie episode was funny and they answered my question I kept watching and I find it okish or good at times. What I like is their incorporating more of their dub actors which is awesome because we rarely get to see them outside of their characters.

I actually never knew she was the narrator or those other characters so it's awesome seeing who she is now

Oh goodness Eiken I swear I'm going to watch that show this week because it looks interesting. Everyone says it's horrible but I'm probably not gonna care since there's tons of eechi. If anything I'l probably give it a 7. Like seriously even for the Ladies VS Butlers special which was basically nude pictures of all the girls I think I gave it a 9 because of how hot it was and there was absolutely no story except to turn on all the male viewers

Yes that's exactly how it turned out. And seriously I think there was only two or three nude scenes...This is an eechi mr. director! In an eechi there's panty shots and big breasts every episode not every 5 episodes. Becaues they spread out the eechi so much it just made the show even worse because it didn't fit in well. Oh goodness I'm glad what I said was funny. (I almost thought I went a little too far with that part and it wouldn't be funny)

So anyways in a nutshell Shuffle is a fail and doesn't know what to do with itself

Ya I have some of the music songs downloaded and they sound amazing so if the music is actually in the anime of what I'm hearing then that's worth it. And it was done by the guys that did Higurashi so that's another reason to watch it even though it won't be as good.

So my mom and I watched the first two episode of Ouran and here's how it went after episode 2

mom: Well I think I'm done it's 9:00

So thank goodness she stopped because I swear if she saw the next few episode like the Physical exam and the twins fight she would have killed me. (it's easy to get past the roses and sparkles but it's impossible for a women like her to turn a blind eye to two highschool twins touching each other homosexually...even though they're techincally not gay lmao)

Heck ya, every otaku on the planet loves Lucky Star because Konota is like the role model of all anime fans. And heck it doesn't matter whether you're a man or girl you'll still love Lucky Star. (we've all seen all those meme pictures of how Macho Men love Lucky Star)

Crispin Freeman does sound like a good man for audio books hmmm..if they were to release the audio books with him as the lead I would totally buy it immediately

Hmm a good tsundere voice well Kagami from Lucky Star had a good dub voice but I wouldn't say it's perfect for a character like Taiga. I'd have to brainstorm and you should too on what dub voice would best suit here. Personally it would have to be someone with a kind of attitude voice but also kind of young hmm

I know right ;_; same goes for Black Lagoon it would have been nice if they combined all 3 seasons in 1 boxset but I'm more leniant on Black Lagoon because I kinda feel Roberta's Blood Trail is a little seperate then the series. As for Hellsing Ultimate, there's no leeway for them on that boxset. Volumes 1-10 should be in one boxset not 1 and a half

Believe me I would love to watch anime in a theater. I went to see the secret world of Arietty in theaters and it was pretty cool although getting to see evangelion in theaters would be so darn amazing. Funimation in Texas does a ton of anime screenings in their theaters so if you're on facebook you can get the details on their movie nights

D cups times 5 would be like....W cups oh my goodness that's insane. I gotta try watching something like Cat Planet Cuties on a screen this size

Oh believe me this is awesome, Funimation and Udon entertainment are having a contest where you give them some code or whatever and if you win their contest you get a Summer Wars wallscroll, the blueray/dvd combo pack, the offical artbook, and some cards. It's random winners but heck if I win that would be amazing ^_^

Believe me it is trouble kinda but it's a fun game and quick so I don't mind. And heck it's simple because all the cards got flowers on them so you just match the flowers and that's half the remembering you need. The other half is hard because you gotta remember the combinations which get's difficult. But if you play enough it get's easier so that's nice

I know right, I did the same thing with Naruto and that made the ova's, specials, and movies easier to watch. I'll probably never wath all the one piece or dbz movies because there's so many. I'll probably just watch all the popular good ones and call that good

Oh cool I'll need to look that up and see what it's all about! Monster Hunter games look really funy and I love how they've incorporated multi player into the games

Yep that's what happened. I love how they had two episodes for the training camp and then they jumped back into the action. I swear the cliff hanger on episode 4 was so insane that I literally yelled "DANGIT EPISODE 5 COME HERE ALREADY I CAN'T WAIT A WEEK!" Man this show is getting great, I'm really looking forward to watching more of it

The movie was indeed extremely well done ^_^ The spice and wolf novels are sooo darn good! I absolutely love them >,< Not to mention the dub actually looks good so I'm surprised to say this but I'm going to give it a try first instead of the sub. (Holo's voice sounds just like I would imagine her characters voice would sound in the book and then they got the main guy as J. Michael Tatum which is good so I'm excited about it)

Second season is an 8 in my opinion. They did the endless summer arc in this season and basically what that's also known as is "the endless 8" where they basically repeat an episode 8 times. Now for us hardcore Haruhist we don't care and we'll still enjoy it but for other less hardcore haruhi fans they will say and rage "THIS IS STUPID WHY WOULD THEY REPEAT AN EPISODE 8 TIMES!"

A women named Judie something is on trial for shooting her Boyfriend after he exited the shower and then stabbing him 37 times with a knife. So she was put in jail and 4 years later she is finally having her trial. It has been going on for months already because her defendants keep making a big deal about how she went through stress and how she can't remember stabbing him. Now this case is taking place in Arizona and the judge knows she's guilty and everyone loves him. But because of all these stupid defendants and what not this case is already over 2 million dollars and will probably keep going for a few more months.

Now ain't that just a brilliant example of our great judicial system -_-

Oh that kinda happens for me, I end up having to specify weeks under the titles "comedy week, action week, romance week, etc.. because if I don't I end up watching animes from too many different genres and it doesn't flow well.

Ya Jamie does Shirley from Strike Witches, Panty from Panty and Stocking, The narrarator from Hetalia (ya seriously I did not know that. Her voice is great for that role). And those were the main ones I remember. She also does some stuff in Witch Blade and Negima if I remember right

Same here, like oh goodness what's an example I can give. stuff like Samurai girls is an example. Like the story isn't that good but they stay true to their genre and keep it heavily eechi which pretty much is reason enough for me to give it at least a 7. As long as the story doesn't make me cry at how stupid it is and the characters aren't retards oh and there's lots of eechi then I don't care.

But shuffle 0_0 oh shuffle just saying it's name brings back sad memories. Half the show is goodish because it's all happy and there's lazer beam cats (ya seriously) and uh..ya there's cute stuff. And then half time comes for the series and it just starts sucking so bad! It's all sad, I mean there's not cute kities who shoot lazer beams, the cute girls turn yandere (ya seriously even more), and that one small quiet girl, ya remember her. They're all "WE GOTTA SAVE THE SMALL GIRL BECAUSE I'M A FRICKING LOLICON! SAVE HER FOR THE LOLICONS OF THE UNIVERSE!".........................................

and they save her...

"Well nice knowing you small cute girl, we'll give you like half a minute of screen time over the next 10 episodes so have fun"

Seriously if you're going to focus on saving a girl at least give her a ton more screen time.

Oh I just finished rewatching Lucky Star (such a good show!) and the fujiyoshi in it is hilarious! I swear everytime she had fantasies of her two female friends in a yuri scene made me laugh and clap so hard because I'm able to understand it so well.

That does become a problem especially with older shows that don't get licensed. Heck like even stuff like Dragon Ball gave me a problem. I watched the entire series on Megavideo and luckily I was able to finish it before the company got shut down but seriously if Megavideo hadn't been there I would have had such a hard time trying to watch it

But I'd probably say both dub/sub for Kyon sound good. I mean for sub they got that one guy who does Gintoki and a bunch of other famous roles.

Oh believe me when I say this. I am extremely happy that I am related to a family who is heavily conservative because I really like the value system that the conservatives hold. Well maybe not all the values but mainly what I'm getting at is that I believe in the idea "you work you get food, you don't work you get no food" I'm so darn happy I grew up in a family with these ideals because I'm disgusted at the people who live off of welfare and have a family or are just losers. It goes completely against the american dream and personally makese you look like a lazy loser with no life.

I'm also glad you hold the same ideals on money as me since that makes our conversations all that much easier when we agree on things.

That's my goal ;_; And I'm gonna make it happen when I get a part time job and when I go into the coast guard and eventually work at Rightstuf. I'm gonna have so many shelves piled high with anime and wall scrolls all around my room. But oh no it doesn't stop there, then I'm gonna have tons of figurines in a glass case. And after that I'm gonna have tons of manga shelves and plushies. And heck I'll probably get even more anime stuff and have my apartment modeled after anime.

Oh there's more to it then just the big screen! There's 20X the MOE! Seriously on a small laptop screen it's only average Moe. But when you watch it on a 9 feet tall 12 feet wide screen it's 20X the MOE! Seriously if you get the chance always watch anime on a big screen because there's 10X everthing when you watch it big. (it's even better when you watch eechi on those big screens if you know what I mean =w=

Summer Wars is AMAZING! I absolutely love that movie! The OST is also fantastic! I downloaded it immediately after rewatching it and I love listening to it ^_^

I even started playing Hanafuda Koi Koi because that movie always made me interesting in learning the rules to play it. (it's a hard game because you gotta remember everything but I'm getting better at it)

Well some of the movies are good. Like Detective Conan movies are in the top 30 apparently. And then two of One Piece's movies are in the top 30. I'm gonna watch Film Z since it looks good but I don't know about the others. It's hard sitting through an hour and a half of terrible cliche movie content

Well said man! Today it's 3:30 while I'm writing this so I got all my Otaku energy bursting from me! (nah I just finished Lucky Star so of course I'm gonna be pumped)

First volume is great, second volume is good mainly because it's focused only on the movie they make. Third volume is pretty good and one of my favorites because they deal with my favorite arcs. As for the other volumes I don't know since I don't own them. I'm probably going to get all of the rest of the volumes in July when I have time and money. Same goes for Spice and Wolf

Season 2 is 42.99 and I'll be buying it on May 1st horray ^_^ As for the movie, hmm I think it's still under 30$ for both the dvd and blueray

Really what's up? I heard one guy got ran over (my goodness makes me laugh at how much of a fail that is) and the other is in our custody. What annoys me is they ain't executing him even though they know he did it and he admits it. He even said they were going to bomb new york some more. Anyways that concludes my message, I just got finished rewatching the original Naruto (ha ha great show when you skip the 90 episodes of filler in it) so now I'm going to watch smaller series from now until the end of August ^_^
