NO ANIME COMPARES. That's all I can think. This is the only anime I've seen that makes any other look insignificant. The art, sound, plot, characters, everything is perfect.

Not exactly the second Death Note as many say, but still an incredible series. The dude, Lelouch, is basically the lesser evil, but isn't as merciless as Light Yagami so if your looking for a cold hearted killer Lelouch may not be the best, tho he does tell people to die and thanks to his Geass they do so I guess he has little sympathy :P This being the second season, it far surpasses the first in every way. You actually have a feel the characters are their, in an imaginary sense of course. Don't really know how to put it... Anyways, art is good for when it was made and sound is wonderful. The characters are mostly likable, with a few exceptions. But that's no reason to not watch this masterpiece. If your looking for something amazing, just watch this. read more

Being someone who loves Pani Poni Dash and other parody shows, the second season of Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? is by far one of my favorite anime's. Many seem to complain about the lack of story progression, but I think this is just the studio's way of trying to assure a 3rd season. If you watch any anime with 100+ episodes, you will notice that there is very little progression throughout each episode so that's the vibe I'm getting from this show. Anyways, the second season is basically a season based on pleasing the fans. THey go through nearly all of the shows characters, main and supporting, and provide some kind of fan service. Other than that, the comedy is SO much better than most of the anime I've seen. When there's a funny part, it is REALLY funny.
As far as the art goes, I really like the opening and ending to the season (stick after the credits to watch Eu and fantasies etc.) as well as the art style. The art style reminds me of most of my favorite shows so I'm very happy with it. Sound wise, personally this anime has my favorite songs (in anime terms).
Overall, I love this show very much and can't wait for a 3rd season! :D read more

Despite the fact that this show may have all your classic anime stereotypes, it's story is one of the strangest I've ever experienced. They combine many different things from Sherlock Holmes to Dracula, and while it may seem ridiculous, it's executed pretty well. The characters don't seem very different from anime stereotypes, but in my honest opinion I liked the characters very much. All of the characters are relatively likable, as they each show a different asset of skills. All in all, I very much liked this anime as it was very enjoyable as long as you take into mind that their will be plot holes as the series only covers a small part of the whole thing.

EDIT: After finishing the series, it feels like it's only half done. The final episode was also ridiculous beyond belief. The final episode completely ruined this anime for me. read more

I really enjoyed this anime. I very much like the characters, although some of them don't progress very much :P (although they do in the manga, but this only covers first 2 volumes). I really hope for a season 2 :)

I'm sorry but I tried watching this and just couldn't stomach it. The way the lead was all like "OMG REALLY?!" pissed me off up until the point where I had to completely drop the series. It just kept getting worse and worse, makes my head hurt even thinking about it. Now I'm not too avid an Anime watcher, but trust me, this series is not for those who appreciate good scripts and plot.
