Dude says excellent 2 times in the Elfen Lied review - rates it an 8. Says excellent 3 times in the EOE review - rates it a 4. Clearly, he doesn't know how to review shit. If you don't like something then sure you can rate it lower, but then at least don't say it has excellent voice acting and characters cause that's mad confusing bro...
