Ahhh, I know! I get so discouraged with long animes, especially if they're still running. I like watching them while they're in the middle of a break or something, that way you feel like you've actually accomplished something and it's not like NEW EPISODE OUTTT.
Mmmm, I loveeeee those short series xD Sooo nice. A lot of the short ones I actually like taking slow, for some reason. Cause they're plot is more... I dunno. I just like watching it at a slower pace.
Hmm... Suggestions, suggestions... how about Nodame Cantabile? It was funny and cute and left you with a good feeling (lmfaooo wow I feel so retarded). Or Monster! Oi, I'm only on episode 3 but damn it's really suspenseful. Very dark, and I love the op music ^^ Or Eureka Seven?
JUST DON'T WATCH SCHOOL DAYS CAUSE IT SUCKS TRUST ME. I READ THE MANGA (UNFORTUNATELY). DON'T TRUST PEOPLE WHEN THEY SAY 'OH YEAH, IT'S SUCH A GENIUS IDEA!' OR THAT IT'S A THRILL OR SOMETHING. BS! IT'S HORRIBLE.

Go for it! I heard it starts getting really good around episode 55 or so, so I'm trying to get to that point as soon as possible. I'm a long way off, but whatever :D
Haha, that's usually how I always am whenever I start a series. I always watch the first TWO episodes for some reason. I guess it gives you a better feel for the series?
And I think I'm on episode 3 for that? Yeah, it's like the #1 anime or something on MAL haha. Hell, I'm just watching it for Viral lmao. For some reason I always thought it was way more than 27 episodes though.

Yessss, I love D. Gray Man. So good ^^ It's like... mmm... A longer version of FMA sorta? I dunno, I'm not even that far into it but I already love it. All the characters are swell and not annoying. The plot is snazzy xD
