I thought it's a parody of harems type of comedy, making jabs at all the stupid shit like how they shove in a really retarded story into shows as excuses for them to exist and then more stupid shit for them to have to fuck for (see anything by Type Moon).

Well she's moe tomboy lead character in skip beat and does a typical great job, it's a usual "watch a character grow and meet new friends along the way as she helps them" type of show, but it's nice and wholesome and has a shit ton of wonderful Inoue going all over the place with her voice as the character is kind of schizo.
