Since the other reviewers have written very excellent reviews, I'll keep this simple. If you're a Shinichiro Watanabe fanboy (Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo), you won't be disappointed. The music is excellent, the story is well-paced, and plotted out with a long term goal, just like his other productions. Yes, I realize all Shinichiro did was music production; despite that, the entire series plays out in his flavor.

And, similarly, the ending is just as unsatisfying. But until you get there, the show'll keep you marathoning for more.

If you haven't seen the above-mentioned? Leave this on your going-to-watch list and watch those first. Typically, people hate one, and love the other, so if one of them just doesn't do it for you, swap over. If you end up hating both, congratulations, you're a rarity among viewers. read more
