I recall reading (perhaps in the Wikipedia page) that there was some kind of sequel, like an OVA or manga, where Yusuke and the rest return to the Demon World after Enki finishes his reign. That might be worth looking into.
It would be pretty awesome for YYH to get a modern reboot, or a sequel with another Spirit Detective taking up Yusuke's position. With plenty of cameos from the last series! Ah, well, one can dream.

Yeah, Yu-Yu Hakusho is one badass anime. :) I watched it back when it was on Toonami, it's one of the few dubs I prefer to the original Japanese. It reminds me a lot of Bleach (currently airing and on episode 320 or so ...), but not as drawn out and with fewer swords. I do wish there was more of this series tho, it's sad to see it end. Even if the power levels can't realistically get much higher without destroying all of existence.
