No, I've put it on my to-watch-list but I'm trying to complete a few of the shows that I'm watching now before I pick up a new one :P Probably shouldn't have more than four or five on-going shows at the same time.. but my to-watch-list just keeps growing, it's so tempting to pick up a new one ^^
deskrabbit Jun 2, 2012 12:59 PM
Hi hehe :P What's up with you?
deskrabbit Mar 14, 2011 4:21 PM
Yeah, but I'm pretty sure those clips were a part of some other tv-show right? And then they changed the art more or less to what it is today when The Simpsons got their own show, or something. I think I'll stick to just the actual show :P
deskrabbit Mar 10, 2011 9:12 AM
Oh, yeah Firefly was a great show! A lot of people had told me how great it was but I couldn't really find the will to watch a show that had been cancelled after only one season. But then my sister wouldn't stop pestering me about it last summer and I caved in :P But I haven't actually seen the movie yet, I'll really have to do that.

Yeah, the second season of Haruhi is actually more of a mix of the first season and 14 completely new episodes so you wouldn't have to watch the old ones if you didn't want to :) Although I have to warn you about the so called endless eight arc, they are eight episodes who are all different but practically goes through the same story over and over :P

I don't watch much actual TV either, I watch everything on the computer. Otherwise I'd have to wait for all the new episodes to come to Swedish television and even though they can be quick sometimes, only a week or two after, it can just as well take six months.. or never.

Yeah, there are like 22 seasons of the Simpsons lol, it might take a while. The art isn't that different actually, I've seen pictures of how they looked from the very start and I'm guessing that's from somewhere other than the TV-show.

I thought ef was a bit boring at first too, it did become better after a while and it was a pretty good watch but I wouldn't say it's deserving of the high ratings.
Yeah, the movie was great! It really made up for the last season with the endless eight arc, although I didn't find it as bad as everyone else seems to think.
Well, I follow all the popular TV shows as House, Glee, Bones, Supernatural, NCIS etc :P I've just recently finished watching Veronica Mars and Heroes. Veronica Mars really was a great watch, can't believe it got canceled. But now I'm picking up Chuck and thought I'd watch the Simpsons from the start. Do you watch a lot of TV?
deskrabbit Mar 7, 2011 5:16 AM
I haven't really had any interest in watching anime for weeks now. I guess I've been watching a lot of TV-shows instead.
So, are you watching anything at the moment? Looked at your list but you had nothing on the "watching" list :o
deskrabbit Oct 10, 2010 11:25 PM
Will do :)

Yeah, I agree. I'm hoping that there'll be a second season of it that sort of end things better.
deskrabbit Oct 10, 2010 3:42 PM
No, it was a compilation of all prior shown material with some additional scenes. And yeah, I've seen it. Got it from bakabt I think. And I had no idea it was going to be the same stuff as the series so it was a bit of a let down when I watched it :/ But it did work for me because I hadn't seen the OVA in a pretty long time and I could probably watch that story a million times. Not sure what the additional scenes were though :o

How is working!! going for you? I really enjoyed that one, it's exactly my type of anime.

You did have facebook, right? I just created a profile there last week and I remember you saying what your name was some time ago, but I couldn't find it. Trevor... something :P

I really liked Bakemonogatari, too. And Durarara! was great as well, although a bit odd. There were really good characters in both of those shows.

Yeah, for the most part I look at what's coming up and watch the shows that seem good. It works well when I watch a lot of anime but I've had a period where I haven't done that so all of the episodes have just piled up ^^
One of the better shows from this season, in my opinion, has been Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin. I haven't seen the entire series yet but I really enjoy it.
deskrabbit Sep 16, 2010 8:16 AM
I'm pretty slow now though, I have barely watched anything the last couple of months ^^
Are you watching anything fun at the moment?
deskrabbit May 11, 2010 8:46 AM
I know! I hope the movie comes out subbed soon, but I guess we'll have to wait for the DVD for that..
deskrabbit Jan 6, 2010 7:13 AM
Heh, ok. Well, christmas is about getting together with family and presents too I guess :P There's just so much food everywhere lol and it feels like you've eaten nothing but ham for the last week.

Sounds like you're getting on great then! :) Hope you'll find a full time job fairly easy too. It feels like there's not easy to get a job these days, not here anyway, or that's what I've heard from friends and family.

This spring I'll start my second term of studying archaeology and when I'm done with that I will have some sort of degree in museology lol. Feels really weird. Archaeology is a lot of fun but seems like there won't be an opportunity to dig anything until next spring or this fall and that would've been really fun but I'm not sure I want to study archaeology for that long. I did get to play with a skeleton from the 1400th century though.

I just bought myself a mini-pc and with that I've started watching lots of anime again. It's really nice to have a small and light computer that you can bring anywhere without bother. I've used it a lot during the holidays, being away from my stationary. I hope I'll find use for it later too :P

I recently watched Eve no Jikan which was a great anime. An OVA of 6 15min episodes and I completely fell in love with it ^^ There is going to be a Eve no Jikan movie out this year and I can't wait.

A very belated happy Christmas and a happy new year to you! :)

I don't think people outside of north america celebrate thanksgiving. I've never heard of it from anywhere else.. There's nothing similar in any Scandinavian country anyway :P Must be a bit much to have two large holidays like thanksgiving and christmas so close to each other. Because thanksgiving is basically about eating food, isn't it? And that's more or less what I think christmas is about .. and I'm always so sick of food after the holidays :P

Hehe, there's something about most technology that the older generation just don't understand. I really hope I won't become like that when I'm older :P At the moment though, it seems like I've become the it-help desk of my family. Which is quite odd because my mother, brother and sister are all(or studying to become) programmers, yet, everyone calls me with their computer problems :P
I've never really used skype.. There aren't very many people I feel like I'd want or need to look at when speaking on the phone.

So, what are you doing now then? More studying or off to find work? :) You've probably already told me..
I've almost completely stopped watching anime during the last couple of months.. I find myself watching a lot more tv shows and films instead. I'll probably get the will to watch anime back soon though, I'm starting to miss it a bit ^^

Okay, well that sounds like fun too :) I definitely prefer hanging out with a couple of friends at home instead of going out to a club or party with a lot of people I don't know, and for the most part do not want to know either.
I like dressing up.. if I was better at sowing I would probably cosplay a lot :P But I'm not.

I don't know either.. but I've always liked to just play games by myself. The exception I suppose is video games. Probably because everyone is in the same room or something :P A small LAN might suit me well when I think about it..

I didn't do anything special. I got a last minute invitation to a party but I was already on my way to my grandparents for a little family dinner then. I spent most of the evening helping my grandmother with various computer problems, installing her newly purchased webcam and then ringing up everyone she had on skype. Yay..
deskrabbit Oct 30, 2009 7:15 AM
Yeah, a bit too expensive for me.. Which is why I rarely ever go unless I go with my family and someone else is paying ^^
I was in Riga, Latvia, a few times a couple of years ago because my dad was working there a lot. The cinema there was really, really cheap and they had the most comfortable chairs ever. I think the cost was about 15-20 kronor.. so maybe 2-3 dollars? I think we went to the cinema every day we were there, lol.

We do have quite high taxes.. but I guess it's fine since most people get the benefits that the taxes bring too ^^

Hehe, sounds nice, lol. Online gaming isn't really my thing though so thanks but no thanks :P

Doing anything fun for Halloween? I was originally going to a costume party but apparently they had to cancel and I don't know if there's anything else happening.. probably not. Halloween isn't exactly big here :P
It’s time to ditch the text file.
