Read the Piano no Mori. Its actually pretty good, and despite not having the proper pieces to listen to whilst reading it, its quite moving. I stayed up till now to read all 87 chapters currently available, so yeah, its quite the page turner. Last time this happened was with Sanctuary.
The structure is fairly close to the archetypal seinen, if that matters.

Woah, it is the same dude that wrote up Madoka. Always thought the guys who wrote it were just from the Type-Moon. And he wrote up Phantom of the Inferno, I really really enjoyed it, despite its occasional "what in the flying fuck?" moment.
I started reading Fate/Zero several weeks back when I was bored in class and it fleshes the characters out more and my perception of the characters differs from how I saw them in the first episode. Waver seems more like an arrogant dick in the book, as opposed to being an ass clown that exists as the sole source of lulz in the series. Probably needed to be lightened up to appeal to a broader audience, since in the post-face of the novel, Nasu says the story is pretty fuckin' depressing.
Actually, IMO so far, the graphics haven't really had the opportunity to shine, given its just a single intro episode that doesn't really have the required action to really show off ufotable's graphics department.
Btw, wasn't my crazy comparison of the Bolshevik Revolution and CommieSubs friggin awesome?
PS. I am now reading some more Fate/Zero since I cbf studying atm. I gotta say, Kirei you silly paedophile. In the anime I thought he sounded particularly creepy when he greeted Rin. In the novel: "Seeing that even her father had been pulled out as a shield, Rin’s face blushed profusely with anger. It was exactly what Kirei hoped to see."<-- icwutudidthar Kirei.

sywex, read Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. It is one of the most hilarious manga I have ever read. Its kinda like us guys with crude jokes flying everywhere, cept with the obligatory anime bishoujos making those cracks instead.

The only thing I understand is the fact that my eardrums are still intact. Lolis ftfl. I can't handle the extreme pitches lolis operate at.
Btw, I just watched Infinite Stratos like all the cool kids. It sucks so much but still enjoyable despite and because of the mind numbing stupidity and frequent lapses absolute lack of logic. The entire show could pretty much be finished in an episode if the dude just said: "sup babes, lets bone!". Also, during the show I said various derivatives of "what?", "wut da fuck?" approximately over 200 times.
