Sorry for taking forever to reply to all of this. It's a combination of laziness, and nothing really to do on here anymore since nobody really seems to get on anymore T_T

What part of the AMV does the anime show up? I might be able to get you the name and let you know what I think of it if I have seen it.

LMAO!!! Your description of the majority of romance anime really hits it on the nose! It does feel kind of odd watching them nowadays and I am not in high school or even college anymore.

I think I have a small list put together that might fit your requirements for romance anime. Though in some cases, the romance might be more of a side role rather than the main focus:
Love Hina- Probably considered one of the classics of romance/harem anime. Main guy and girl are actually out of high school and studying for exams to get into a college if I recall. Good comedy. It is a little ecchi, but seems like barely anything compared to what you see in a lot of shows nowadays.
Ai Yori Aoshi- Probably the most mature of any of the anime on this list. I think it is actually the cleanest content-wise of any romance anime I have seen. Might get a little slow here and there, but it really is a cute story.
Ah! My Goddess- I feel like I have already put this one out there for you, so if I have and you don't want to see it, just tell me so I stop suggesting it XD But another classic romance anime. This might actually rival Ai Yori Aoshi for being the cleanest lol. The guy can sometimes come off as being a wimp.
Amagami SS- I'll put out the warning now that the anime is a high school romance. It's like a harem with 6 girls, but the guy romances each of them in different time lines if that makes sense. The art style makes them seem a bit more mature (depending on the character). I am sure there is at least one story of the 6 that may irk you because one was almost too much for me to take even ^^"
Kobato- This is one of them that the romance kind of takes a backseat to the rest of the story, but it is there and ends up really shining toward the end. Can be a little slow at times as well, but I enjoyed the music. The AMV I made with Mai from Kanon uses one of the songs from the Kobato OST :)
Natsu no Arashi- About a ghost and a boy who fall in love. They can travel through time. Romance is there, but can be overshadowed at times. As far as I know, the show didn't really have much direction to it and it got slow sometimes. Not one of my favorites, but figured I would offer it up because just because I might not enjoy it as much doesn't mean you couldn't.
Senjou no Valkyria: Gallian Chronicles- Mostly about war, but I really enjoyed the romance and relationship woven between the main characters. Really have been wanting to go back to it if I can find a way.

Not sure if you ever found the announcement for the end of FT. It was in one of the forum discussions shown on the main page of MAL. It really is sad to hear, even for me when I haven't been able to watch it this whole time. Apparently the creator said there would be good news later. We have to hold on to the hope that the news is that it will be coming back at a later date.

I have heard about that anime, and it really seems up my alley. Especially because the main girl is apparently a kuudere (like Mai Kawasumi my all time fav) and I just love those kinds of girls! But unless it magically appears on Hulu, I'll have to store it in my catalog for later viewing. T_T But thanks for the tip. Now I know for sure I'll want to check it out!

I haven't touched Black2 for a while now. I took a break from it and when I came back, I had no clue where I was needing to go XD So now I haven't played it since. I do want to get back into it before the new games come out though. I've been filling my free time mostly with One Piece and the game Guild Wars 2. I'm glad you finally get the pokemon you have been wanting! Though I probably won't get it since it should require wifi right?

I run into Psychic's a lot, they can't seem to place a ''feel'' on me. I'm guessing psychic's can detect/sense other psychic's? The mediums are the weirdest of them all xD saying I have hordes of evil spirits and entities following me but I don't pay attention to them much.

I have been bitten by a spider once despite the many one's I've picked up by hand. I had no reaction to the bite though beside to slight itch on my hand... a bump or rash didn't appear.

When I walk into the pet shop... the birds and rabbits go nuts! The other customers that enter the store never have that problem, only I do.
