one of these days, i have to go and move all my pics from photobucket to another server. Going thru my blogs, I found pics of the basement restoration project that I thought I lost when my phone melted down last year. Got out of the elevator at work and my phone is vibrating. Take a look at it and find the android dude laughing at me all the while it is doing a factory reset. I was able to recover some of my data but lost probably 60 -70 percent including photos.

Don't be embarrassed! I am not the oldest otaku at all. Yes, I am outnumbered by tons of people younger than I. There are panels put on by fans with subjects like: Godzilla, all his forms and foes from the mid 50's to the present; So you want to start a business, aimed at people that want to have a go at creating and selling products at cons; Anime music; How to write a visual novel and many other subjects. It's cool to see all the creativity that people put into cosplay. That is one area where age is preferred as with age comes wisdom and the younger people like to get as much info as they can for their cosplay on how to improve it. I am in my early 50's, there is a dude who is my age that cosplays the chief from HALO and it is awesome. There is another dude that has recently showed up that does a mash-up of steampunk. If you look closely at his cosplay items, you can quickly figure out what he does for a living as he uses old parts to make weapons and 'power packs'. He has his own HVAC company.
Most have gaming rooms that will have competitions, usually Mario Kart, manga rooms and a couple of rooms that will marathon anime series.

Some are free but most will charge upwards of $20.oo per person. Most are at colleges.

I turned in our cable boxes today. We have gone with hulu, should cut my cable bill in half.
D-Gray Man is on hulu and I will re-start it, seeing as I only got to ep 3 before Netflix got rid of it.
I will stream, torrent or purchase anime; anyway to get my fix, lol.
My son and I are going to BGSU this weekend for an anime con, leaving sometime early afternoon. Can't wait!

I started it but was removed from Netflix way before I was able to finish it. Should I resume watching it? I know it's on Hulu.
