About strife12
Anime has been a part of my life for a very long time - I'd say at least 10 years. I saw a few movies and some shows on Cartoon Network and Toonami. I wouldn't have called myself an anime fan until I was 14 - I was surfing the web one day and discovered a site called absoluteanime.com. I was fascinated by the number of shows that were listed; then I found manga in Forbidden Planet.

I'm only a casual fan of anime/manga - not obsessed at all. If it sounds good, I'll watch it; I'm not necessarily interested in the next big thing. I'm definitely not the type of person to jump on the bandwagon when it comes to popular franchises.

"Don't knock it until you've tried it" - that's my attitude towards things.
