Well if you like sci-fi animes then Psycho-Pass is really worth a look. Here I'll give you a link to it so you can check it out http://myanimelist.net/anime/13601
It's currently airing at the moment but it will finish next week. I'm sad to see it end but I can't wait to see what happens next xD
Fullmetal Alchemist is a great series. Tell me have you watched the original series or did you watch the brotherhood series which is based on the manga?

Yeah I'm from Ireland, Co.Kerry actually ^ ^
I like a wide range of anime haha. At the moment I'm really enjoying watching Psycho-Pass and One Piece but I also like animes like Bleach, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Shiki, Hellsing Ulitmate. I can go on and on really :P How about you?

About 3 years now. Yeah, I lived in Ireland for 12 years, since then I've just been all over Europe. ^^;; Yeah, I'd recommend Oreshura and Tamako Market because they're pretty funny. That's a pity. >w< Sky Girls? I might check it out once I've caught up on everything.
