The story brings you in straight away slowly relieving your expectations from the previous season. Goro arrives in America seeking entrance into the majors and the expected hardships of his journey are revealed. The progression seems adequately stable and it leaves you wanting more.
As long as it looks somewhat appealing and clearly distinguished I'm not really bothered by the art. However I can confidently say that it is very acceptable.
The sound is not something very bothersome to me either as I watch it in subs but the Japanese voice characters are very good and professional. unfortunately I am not in a position to review the dubbing as I have not heard them.
The main character has already been build to a acceptable standards from the previous seasons but still somehow growth seems apparent . Experiences from seasons before are used to portray his opinions and interpretations on situations. There is also a new character that has been introduced and his developments on his character are steady. A vague description of his history is presented and it only makes you want to carry on watching so that you could find out. Overall the characters seem great so far and show great promise.
One thing I can say strongly is that I would bet my life on this being a enjoyable anime for me and anyone who liked the prequels. The same atmosphere of mystery within the future and tense characters is restored and it has a great start.
Overall I say if you had the time to complete the seasons before be sure to catch this one. it has even the potential to be better that all the prequels. If they introduce a new little romance like the previous one. This is without a doubt a must see.
YOU MUST WATCH THE PREQUELS BEFORE YOU WATCH THIS SEASON read more
