Since there was 3 people asking for this, I'll just write one answer and copy them to you all. So I might write some you've already seen/played.
There are a multiple ones of these I've never played, but I know people who have, so I can't guarantee they're all something you'd like to have. So research a little bit before you decide to buy/download.
All those games are in English/Have an English patch.
Phantom of Inferno
Umineko no Naku Koro ni
Divi-Dead
The Noose
Wasurenagusa no Yoru
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai (The full English translation come somewhere in February 2010).
I can't say anything about those above as I haven't played them myself yet. So don't blame me if it doesn't really suit you, but based on the short reviews I got they all seem at least decent.
Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya (The same, but somewhat like part 1 and 2). I myself think they're really nice. The artwork is pretty crappy, but the story makes up for it (It isn't awesome, but there's a lot of insanity xD). If you're downloading, I'd recommend to search for and download "Tsukibako" as it consists of both these games and a "rare" extra disk which is a pain to get otherwise.
