don't worry! it's easy to learn jap, just watch another 100 titles of anime, 20-30 jdramas and a few jap variety shows with a jap translator program in your computer plus listening to a few hundred jpop/anime songs, you'll be speaking jap in no time! XD
just kidding..with all that you could probably read and speak well but not write, but that is what i did to learn languages that i like, not an efficient way but i enjoyed it :D the best way to learn is to go to japan and stay for like a month or 2, or get a jap fren to teach imho
but yea, everywhere you go people say jap is complicated, even the japs themselves. same kanji can be read in so many different ways @@

Maybe it'll just be a taster like the 2 episode OVA between the first and second season and a full length one is on the way.
Speaking of the second season, I'm still working my way through it, albeit very slowly. In a bit of an anime slump as well, but I'm sure it'll pass. I find it a good opportunity to stock up, so to speak. Got all of Jigoku Shoujo, Aria, Bokurano, Welcome to the NHK! just waiting to be watched so when the slump is over the marathons can begin!
At least, that's the plan anyway. Life does have a tendency to throw a spanner in the works from time to time. And as for the loop well, I'm sure it'll work out.

How about yourself? How's your wisdom teeth? I can only imagine what that's like although I did have an abscess once. So painful.
On a much brighter note I've started working my way through some Ghibli movies, Porco Rosso most recently. My Neighbor Totoro was great, reminded me a lot of Dennou Coil (not the technology side of it). I think Spirited Away should be next, or Grave of the Fireflies. I've heard Grave can be very tear-jerking and taking into account I'm a big girl's blouse and cry at almost anything I'm a little apprehensive about it. Have you ever seen a grown man cry? It's not a pretty sight...

hahaha xD 10minutes, me too.. but i listened to Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu's radio bangumi, i even tried watching raws of anime which i just couldn't wait ^^; but thanks to that my jap increased a little :D
what op/ed do you like best?
hmm.. elemental gerade, i don't remember much of it actually.. i was attracted to elemental gelade because of it's character design but the story didn't really left an impression on me, tbh. i like stories that surprises me which elemental gerade didn't really did much D:

lol, i can see you never dropped an anime before, i used to be like that but everything change since the my first drop ^^; it was when my friend recommended me gravitation, it's a shonen-ai based anime and i got a shock when the two guys started kissing each other DX
hmm.. try shigofumi, it's not music related but really worth watching. btw, what do you think about la corda d'oro? seems like a decent anime to me :D

about bamboo blade, it's funny and nice but somehow lack excitement, tama-chan is basically invincible. what type of anime do you like? maybe i can recommend some that will get you into it :D
