My Watching and On-Hold list might not make sense to you, but it does to me. Don't question it. I know exactly what I'm doing, probably.
I don't rate because I don't want to. Personally, it's a waste for me. I know how I felt about a show or reading. That is good enough for me. As well, I don't bother with others' ratings either. I like to make my own choices 😁 my taste varies, so I go with the flow. When I like it, I watch; when I don't, I don't.
