The full series is subbed ^^. 1-39 is subbed by sixtydeuce (or you can get 1-10 by nyoro~n) and 40-43 is subbed, but by an apparently unknown subber. It's still findable in torrents.
Quite honestly I didn't really like the movies nearly as much as the series (though I still have one more of the movies to watch), but I usually don't like re-cap type movies. Like I know stuff has to be cut out for them, but imo, it really just degrades it cause you miss out on a lot of the battles and action, and even the ones you do get are shortened. You don't even get to see all of Gundam's weapons :(. I dunno, it just doesn't live up to the full experience for me :/
