well, yeah im rather picky, so in my opinion it deserves the 10 because i only give a 10 for things that are perfect imo. i didnt even give my favourite anime (death note) a 10.
it actually does clear up at a much later point, however, i think the confusion and complex story along with not being told in chronological order are what makes it so interesting. you literally never know whats going to happen.
and in my case, even though im an experienced animefan, didnt know who would be the antagonist (or how exactly things are) until the very end.
Feel free to check my list as well (Completed or PTW), it should have pretty much everything that's dark on it. Sorting by rating might make it easier~

also, i know theres no plot, i started watching it to give my brain a rest from thinking really hard about some plots xD :)
