Well, I am none other than the element of Chaos. I've been watching anime since before it was shown in any timely fashion on American TV, I detest strongly dubbed anime in any form and would rather have my eyes stabbed out by burning hammers than watch english language coming out the mouth of any more my favorite characters!!! Oh yeah, there is also the fact I'm a secret published author, guess which one and you win a free punch in the eye! Tell your friends!
Alright more about me that isn't silly. Well I spend nearly all of my free time, which I have a lot of as I work as a fiction author, watch media or playing video games(which now a days is like watching media). The media source I watch the most of is now and always has been Anime. Pretty much I can't fill out my anime list in a timely fashion because I seen so much my mind is filled with it. I might be crazy but I tend to see things with anime-googles. I would be happy to gain the ability to pose dramatical after I say an inspiring speach! Anime themes even make it into my writting, which angers my editor.
I demand more action/horror anime that doesn't deal with vampires! I'm a horror fanboy(man?) that so enjoys a good scare that I've made it my goals to watch every horror movie, anime series and to read every horror book there ever has been. It will take a long time. What type of horror do I like the least? Vampire gothic horror. Why? Because most vampire main characters are depressed about the power they have been given and wish to be human again. WTF Vampires you are gods now, use you power to dominate the world!

*snif* Yeah, but thank goodness the virus wasn't that mean. You know, you could do wonders with that magical ability of yours *giggle*
Sorry to hear that abut your computer. I just went this summer through getting both my desktops up on their feet... well, RAMs that is... and it was troublesome enough *cries while remembering*
Good luck with your repairings and I hope to hear from you soon *encouraging smile*

Yeah MAL tends to be a bit agressive at times, but hey, you managed after all!
How about breaking up with them? You're talking with a person whose parents broke away from their families because of various fights like ten years ago... and then decided to break it off with themselves. Honestly, I think it's better this way, because I now don't to go through all their lies and I don't have to pretend that I like them. I'm pretty radical when it comes to family issues, so the moment my grandparents preferred one of my uncles' stepdaughter instead of me, they're own flesh and blood, I sent them to hell. I'm not going to stand any of their crap just because we happen to share some DNA... and neither should you or anyone else for that matter.
*looks up* Damn, I got into that again. Sorry... I happen to really not stand my relatives... You should do whatever you want to do and just consider the fact that someone does believe in you and trusts you to take the right decisions for yourself *wink*
And now if you'll excuse me, I've got an appointment with some flu pills, a box of tissues and my bed. *cough cough*

Here's something to cheer you up *smile*
GTO just won at Anime Reactor five awards for the 2000 awards:
- Best Comedy
- Best Character Development
- Best OP/ED
- Best Male Character
- Best Anime Overall (wohooooooooo!!!)
I'll send you the hyperlink when they put the winners' page up *wink*

So you are alive *smile*
Sorry to hear about your sickness. I really hope you're feeling better now, because there's nothing more depressing than having the flu during a wet, cold and moody autumn (btw, I think I caught your bug through internet, because now I've got it too *cry*)
Omedetto gozaimasu! Sorry for wishing you Happy Birthday so late. You shouldn't be depressed about your birthday and you should most definitely not spend it with relatives. All they will ever be able to do is criticize you and that's the last thing you need on such an occassion. Next year, try spending it with some friends doing whatever you want, stupid stuff, watching anime... whatever you feel like doing that day... or you could just stay on your own, although that could turn bad too... anyway, just try staying away from people you know you don't get along with.... and relatives are exactly those people in 90% of the cases.
And don't let their bad remarks get to you. You're a strong person and, just like you said, you're living your life just like you want to and within the legal boundaries *sticks tongue out* If they can't respect that, then they don't deserve respect themselves.
Please, please don't get depressed about this. I've been there, surrounded by people who only wished me harm and I kept smiling even when they were hurting me and trust me: IT'S POINTLESS! Keep only your true friends close, only those whom you trust and with whom you can be yourself at any moment. Don't hide! Not everyone is against you. STOP RESEMBLING THOSE EMO BRATS SO MUCH! I know you can go through this unscarred! Be strong and be yourself, no matter what everyone else says. Hell, it's a free world, not one populated by business suits!
Well, at least now I'm somewhat relieved that you're alive and came out of you shell. Please, next time you plan on disappearing, send me a smoke signal or something. And take it easy with all those games, would you?!

Should I be afraid to ask?

Sorry to hear about your flu. Dress warm and drink lots of fluids. Hope you'll get better soon.
The real thing is the best thing. I'd prefer to know my editors beforehand and submit my works to some kind of publishing company I've previously heard of. So no internet deal for me on this one.
But moving on... How have you been lately? And I'm not talking only about the flu here. Any new animes? Did some story catch you eye?

That's so awsome. Not to mention that this way you can be sure your works are in safe hands... well, evil too, but safe nonetheless.
Yeah, finding an editor over internet was my number one issue at some point too. Although people nearly screamed at me to send something to a publishing company, I didn't because I didn't trust the internet - this necessary sin. I'm the kind of person who prefers something actual to theories. That's why I order books through a shipping company with an actual office and real people, instead of choosing Amazon or some other internet "miracle". Ok, so I pay a bit more, but still, if something goes wrong I have someone to scream at and torture until all the problems are fixed.

Your situation reminds me of several anime scenes involving authors and their female editors XD All those scenes were pretty funny, so I can't help but smile right now. Sorry *tries to put on a dead serious face* Anyway, how can one get in contact with an editor?
Hmmm, as a scifi reader, rather than horror, I can't say that I'm mad about Stephen King. Still, I don't know this style very well, so I can't really say anything, as my opinion would be that of an almost complete outsider. But, rest assured, I WILL read your books(s). If Stephen King managed to get away with it, don't think you will, just because your name doesn't sound as funky. So beware! *stucks tongue out again*

Yeah, most guys have a loli complex... which I don't get at all, but probably that's because I'm a girl. Hope you won't get out voted next time too. The anime script writer sounds pretty good though. I wish I had your time... maybe that way I could get my pens out and start writing again.
How can you say that? Come on, being able to write a novel is incredible! You shouldn't lose faith now! This might actually be IT! The breakthrough you've been wishing for! Finish this novel, make it as long as you like and then consider a short story again. *starts cheering*

Nobody likes society much, but there's no way to help it. It's there, so you have no choice but at least notice it. It would be very interesting if one could just "quit" society.
It's good to have humor. It can make time pass faster and it's a good pressure killer at times. Also, I believe that people who can manage a good joke or two, can mingle and start conversations easier. So, even if you don't like society, I have a feeling that the society like you.
Gunslinger Girl? *stares* Well, I guess it's ok for guys who like little cute girls with big guns... that sounded so weird *slaps herself over the forehead* Anyway, I didn't watch it because it doesn't even come near my usual preferences when it comes to anime... but I guess that it depends in the end by everyone's tastes... Sorry, but I really can't come up with a good opinion on this one. Btw, beware! I believe Gunslinger Girl has a sequel...

*laughs* Computer-Age Undead. That's so funny *can't seem to stop laughing* You're like Alucard's online alter ego *grin* You feed yourself on kilobytes (or is it mega) and lurk in the dark corners of MAL *on the floor by now*
-five minutes later-
Sorry, it was just so funny *wipes tears and gets up on her chair again*
Anyway, I think I'll check on GTO, but not right now, because my pc is already filled with all sort of junk and I need to get rid of it first.
You're an anti-social person? I wouldn't say. From our conversations, you really don't strike to me as one.

You pc vampire you *laughs* I know the feeling, but lately I seem to have absolutely no problem in leaving my computer closed for days and enjoying a holiday away from any kind of internet access point. Well, after staring at a compter screen eight hours a day, I think it's better to stick to my old-fashioned books when I get home. I just received the Seirei no Moribito novel and I'm mad over it. Btw, here's a recommendation, espcially if you have fantasy fans in your club, although I have a feeling that you guys might consider it too soft.
Anyway... yes! GTO is one of the best! Yet, shame on me, I could never find a way to download and/or watch all episodes. I think I've seen four or five episodes, but I can tell from those - and pretty much every review - that it's an awsome story. Not watching GTO entirely is one of my few regrets concerning this hobby.
Well then, good luck with your anime watching session and I hope I'll hear from you at least a bit sooner than before. Don't go in hiding again.

No problem, as I had more than just a little work around here. Anyway, hope you enjoyed your time out. I must admit that I find trips quit relaxing as well, so I try to enjoy them at maximum, whenever I have the chance of escaping this filthy city. Anyway, hope to hear from you sooner this time. *wink*
