Well, I'd recommend you to read/watch Aria if you're into slice of life series, both anime and manga are really good! Same goes for Nodame Cantabile, Kimi ni Todoke and Ouran Host Club - if you're fine with shoujo/josei series, you should give them a try.
If you prefer action and mystery, Durarara!! is a must. Speaking of shounen titles, FullMetal Alchemist is the one I enjoyed the most, apart from Detective Conan.
Speaking of your favorites, I'm interested in Bakemonogatari, Kino no Tabi and Yotsuba&.

that's quite high! i just started monster, which i see is one of your favorite anime - what'd you think of it?
it's super intriguing, although depressing... i feel really bad for Dr. Tenma. i love how it portrays the corruption of the hospital system.
