Hello, fellow MAL users!
I'm a college student making my way through my senior year of college... with any luck, I'll be graduating with a BA in History in 2009. Not sure what I'll be doing after that, but the plan is to keep myself busy somehow for the next year or so. And afterwards... get married to the beautiful aracose! :D
My tastes in anime are apparently a little strange, but luckily they're fairly wide. I can enjoy shounen, comedic shoujo, and seinen (not the ecchi kind >.>), and though I haven't seen a josei yet I imagine that I could enjoy that, too. I seem to be a big fan of film-noir styles (Cowboy Bebop, Darker than BLACK), but I have a love for unconventional styles as well (FLCL, One Piece, Soul Eater).
Unfortunately, my MAL profile is kind of a barren wasteland. Graphic design was never my strong point, and I don't know many people on here.

ahh i never new that there is going to be a reamke thanks for informing me. now u got me excited about it cause i absolutly loved that movie. but yea i didnt roll with laughing man but i will for the 2nd series. right now i believe that i have blitz anime. and i am loving ghost in the shell right now. have you seen the last movie? its the only one that i havent seen yet and i am wondering if its up to the ghost in the shell hype

Nothing in this episode happened in the manga except Light passing the buck to Misa and L and Rem dieing. No talking in the rain, no foot rub, L doesn't find a way to try and test the note. L's death is very abrupt which I think takes everyone by surprise. This episode felt really weird and drawn out compared to the rest of the series which is probably why I didn't enjoy it. Only 12 episodes to go...

Just finished watching the episode where L dies. It was so weird... Most of that stuff in the middle never happens in the manga.
