adness...A branch of sorrows tree, breaking like the promises of love. Again I face destiny, at an end of a curvy road. Passing faces glance around like unanswered questions, wanting to be answered. Yet another paragraph of an untold story, stowed away for travels. Passing cars honk, letting me know I’m still known.
I see her pass by, the girl I used to know...The one with the eyes of an everlasting sea, the ocean of my dreams. Yet another cove we will sit, wake crashing against the rocks. Wind rustles through her hair; I cannot look away for I know it is but a dream. She was real once, this girl I used to know. The time came, so did the snow.
The joy and laughter sleigh bells ring, I hear only pin drops of tears. For my holiday isn’t full of cheer, yet I yearn for the life of a dawn...Always here, never gone. I’m leaving now, memories wake. Another trip I’m about to take, into the passage of another life.
Many new faces, same old strife. In the morning I'll be gone, don't wait up....... sleep till dawn. I wish you best, my darling I say. For when you wake, I’ll be this far......So look again, at another star. I’ll be healing, yet another scar...
