In a world where a persons mental state means everything, every action you make could mean a life in prison, or life as a slave to the new systems police force, If, you have talent for thinking like a criminal and solving murders.
This anime is fantastic, and for the first time in a long while the main threat is a perfect character. I am 15 episodes in and somehow this anime is still getting better and better.
Crime, action, intelligence and mental stability are all equally important in this story, and the plot is continuous and really showing a lot of growth in the main characters and direction of the story.
All ready there have been back stories and even episodes solely dedicated to showing us how the characters are were they are.
Kougami is going to be a favourite of mine, and I am sure there will be others who will think the same,

Ever wanted to be part of a virtual world were you can use skills and level up? well, this is the best look into that I have seen. I loved every second of this.
This story revolves around virtual reality gaming. Kirito, our MC was one of the lucky few to test the game before everyone else.
On the release, he logs in, and his world changes.
Magic, action, romance, death and growing up are all present in this anime.
Kirito made my favourites list, I have been watching anime for years, and finally I found the perfect character In Kirito. Strong, emotional, smart and righteous.
Sounds like other characters you say, no, not kirito. He is awesome and acts like a normal person. Every character adds to the anime, and even though the anime goes in time skips, everything is explained and their is a lot of growth. Tons in fact.
Cried, laughed, couldnt sleep, hated parts, really this had me running through the emotions. Everything. The evil characters were really brilliant and the villains were smart and perfect for the role.
The music was fantastic, it added so much to the anime. I dont think i questioned one song or sound choice in any of the important moments. in fact, I was delighted.
This anime is one of very few I have given a rating of ten to.
SAO/sword art online has it all.
great characters, action, magic, romance, evil villains, moments of hope, moments void of hope and so on.

Is there a PC game you love to play? Imagine waking up in a real life version of said game. Only for Routa, its an fps with different types of bomb.
Routa is our MC, he is ranked number 3 in the world at this game, and he is thrown onto an island with no idea why.
Routa is a very believable character, he is smart and also very human.
Kill to survive, or let yourself be killed. It sounds straight forward, but, is it really?
Every character shows what humans can be pushed to, despair, abandonment, hope, greed and kindness/love.
Some of the scenes can be very mature, so beware.
This was fantastic. I wont spoil anything, but there is action, violence, romance and a lot of great human emotion displayed by the characters.
The story kept me wanting more and more, I am sad that this is over.
You never know where it will go, which is something i loved about it. Or at least I didnt know where it was going.
The OP and ED are sooooo good. Especially the ED. The music through ought is fantastic.
If you want to watch an anime that packs all of the above, with a great MC.
then watch Btooom! read more

Different worlds and monsters, very interesting.
From a 20 year old perspective, some things are a little mature and their are times when the worst thoughts can creep up. However this is what has kept me reading, as things not going smoothly and bad things happening are realistic.
Plus, when something good happens, there is an awesome wave of happiness for the characters.
The characters are certainly well portrayed and varied even as far as a 10 year old LOLI with some unexpected traits.
It took me a while to finally pick this up, but now that I have started, I can assume I wont stop until the finish. read more

The episodes are extremely short but pack in so much humour that you'll wish there was much more.
The story rotates around a young boy Atsushi aged 11, and his sister Atsumi aged 17. Due to the height and appearance of each, it would be easy to mistake the boy for the older adult which leads to very humorous situations.
Simple everyday scenarios become impossible for Atsushi as even walking together with friends to school becomes, lets say difficult.
Honestly if you have three minutes, I seriously recommend watching. I know I'm very glad I did.
