I really thought it was good fun when it came right down to it. It ends on a cliffhanger and now to wait for Sword of Uruk. That final episode really knocked it up a grade from an 8 to a 9. Really good stuff.

I felt it was totally not salvageable in either dub or sub, it was just too Westernized for my tastes personally. I enjoyed all the Japanese references and such. It felt criminal to replace them with Christian Bale jokes and cow flesh. It was a series that had potential, but ultimately failed when it really mattered to me.

I'd give 7 of the 8 episodes a 1/10, but the other episodes were good enough for me to give it an 8.

It was so funny that I didn't laugh that much. Just a bland show overall and got more puzzled looks from me than laughs - though the show would have been less enjoyable if the dub was more accurate to the original (I assume liberties had to be taken in the script).
