They are characters (part of the cast) in this year upcoming game adaptation Dangan Ronpa.
CAUTION: While the characters themselves are not spoiler related, searching the net by name or by series, will seriously spoil the anime. The release is yet unknown, perhaps was pushed to Fall-2013.

I'm reading Hibi Chouchou! And wow! I can't stop smiling! And I feel excited! And happy! I think things like "Aww" and "lol" and "wah"! I put faces like "=3" and ">D" and "*-*"! Series like this are the reason of why I love shojo manga! This manga rocks!

Just a warning about the recommendations I gave: the anime adaptation of Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge is quite bad. You should definitely prefer the manga.
