Kanojo, Okarishimasu has an interesting concept in its approach to a romcom.
Story - 7
The story is character driven and is somewhat a harem. The reason I'd say somewhat a harem is because the author makes it pretty clear who the girl will be with the MC. (Can't be 100% since the series is still ongoing). I think the author does a good job showing glaring faults of many characters and giving them room to grow as the series goes on. The growth, however, is quite slow and subtle but it shows promise.
Art - 10
The characters are so well drawn and sometimes they would
...
have a full page portrait showing a character's moment.
Character -7
I believe this will be the weakest part of the series and I think it takes a bit of empathy to understand the characters. In fiction, we would like to create perfect and likable characters. The author starts out showing major flaws with these characters and make them a bit difficult to like at first.
Kazuya - The main character with many flaws. Nothing about him to talk highly about other than the fact that he's a kind person? He's awkward, perverted, and insecure. I took a moment and realized two things. His character just shows how human he is and the fact that I can, unfortunately, relate to him. Although he has these flaws and a showcase to be unlikable at first, this gives Kazuya a lot of room to grow as a character and that's what is shown throughout the series so far: his character growth.
Mizuhara - The main heroine of the series. Throughout the series, you start to learn about her flaws as a person too. The author has put some care into her character growth throughout the series. She's more of an enigma since most of the story revolves in Kazuya's thoughts and perspective. Nevertheless, you start to see her development and understand her throughout the series.
The side characters are either a hit or miss. Whether its their family or friends or the girls in the "harem". Most of them play an integral part of the character development for Kazuya and Mizuhara.
Enjoyment - 9
Despite how I feel about the story and characters, I've went on a binge spree on 150+ chapters of this series. I'm fond of seeing the growth of two flawed characters. It took a while and many chapters, but I started to love and connect with those two characters over time. Its quite an investment to keep pushing on a weak start. I would've dropped this if I found no sign of character development, but I think the author is doing a good job. My only complaints would be the exaggerated faces when something ecchi is related and the story is stalled because of a character i find unimportant, dramatic, and obnoxious.
Overall - 8
I think the series is great but I do think it starts out really weak. Usually you'd want to capture your audience early and stay on a pace of telling a great story. This series starts out weak, but given a chance and some empathy that people aren't perfect, I think its wonderful with the character growth its showing.

SPOILER FREE REVIEW
This anime is one of my favorites of all time with its compelling story, theme, and music. It was weird at first giving all categories 10's. But I do believe this anime deserves a 10 for all categories.
Story: The story is very character driven. The story centers on the main character, Kousei, and his battle against his inner demons. The way the plot is set up, in my opinion, is astounding. A good story really needs a strong ending. Basically, The ending of the story made me go "wow". In my opinion, It blew my mind.
Art: The artwork is absolutely beautiful. One
...
thing I love is that they create the scenes that correlate with the mood of the scene. This anime has beautiful vibrant colors that really fits in.
Sound: The music score is amazing as everyone would hope from a musical anime. There are scenes in this anime that made the sound to where we get a perspective of what the character is hearing himself. This gives it great emphasis on what the character is going through and it fits in with theme of the story.
Character: The biggest highlight I want to talk about, of course, is Kousei. The story centers around him and the character development for him is phenomenal. If there were no character development for this character, this anime would ultimately fail. But no, they did a wonderful job. The other characters are likable in my opinion and played a good part for the story in order for Kousei to grow as a person.
Enjoyment: Needless to say that I really enjoyed the anime. I watched it while airing and it was really hard waiting for a new episode every week. I enjoyed every episode from start to finish. It was a fun and emotional ride and I enjoyed every second of it.
Overall: I loved this anime that it belongs to my top 10 favorite anime of all time (its an uncompleted list). This is recommendation for all who loves classical music, romance, and character driven plot.

SPOILER-FREE REVIEW
Nagi No Asukara is an anime where your emotions will run all over the place. The description does not make Nagi no Asukara (Nagi for short) seem very appealing. However, do not let the summary fool you! The summary only gives you what the poster looks like. Nagi has a deep dramatic plot that will force you to continuing all 26 episodes in one go.
Story: 9
In my opinion, I would say this would be a 10, however I want to stay unbias for this review. The story loses 1 point because the beginning shows a lot of what the summary provides and it is
...
a tad bit slow. The story in the beginning goes through the generic idea of a romcom school anime. However, it will drift away from that and emphasizes on the themes of the anime. An important theme is the tension between two races. The humans of the land and the humans of the sea. The two races do the best they can to keep themselves seperate to each other. What is amazing is that the story will develop beautifully along with the characters. Another good reason the story is good is that it is hard to figure out what is going to happen in the future. There are many stories where we can make guess of how a story will progress and ends. This story is structured to where figuring out what is going to happen is a difficult task. After the first half of the anime, PREPARE TO BE AT THE EDGE OF YOUR SEATS, because you will go on a crazy roller coaster. I don't need to tell you that the story picks up speed on the second half.
Art: 10
Look at it. Nuff said. seriously though. The art is one of the most beautiful piece of work I've seen in any anime. this is probably the absolute best aspect of the entire anime. watch the anime and love the art.
Sounds:9
This is just a bias opinion because I do love the opening and ending themes to this. the sounds are great but they don't appeal to me greatly. still, it is very good.
Character: 10
the second best aspect of the anime would be there characters. You will grow and love the characters of the story. The main protagonist, Hikari, may seem to lack the sort of personality that people would love. He is hot headed, stubborn, and he is an example of a character who looks towards his own race and no the other. however, like him and the other characters, they have shown amazing development. It is so rare to see such beautiful character development from each of the characters. this is why I give Character 10 and the development of these characters deserve it to be the second best aspect of the anime.
Enjoyment: 10
I absolutely enjoyed this anime. It might be slow to some people at the beginning, but I think it goes through a fair pace. However, the second half of the anime goes through a really huge change of pace where I get on the edge of my seat at each episode! I've watched it while it was airing and waiting for a new episode was killing me. This anime is absolutely amazing.
Overall: 10
This anime gets an overall 10 because it is good for pretty much everything. the story was written well, the art is spectacular, the sound is good, the characters are amazing, and I completely enjoyed the series.
To close out my thoughts, I recommend this anime to anyone. it was executed really well and it portrays a good message. As people would always say, "don't judge a book by its cover" because this anime will go in different directions and you will see the huge difference and development from beginning to end.

White Album 2 did not give me a good impression from first White album. It was not until I realized that White Album 2 is not really connected with White Album. I took it upon myself to try out the anime. What happened exactly? I was Hooked. I enjoyed this entire series in a day and I thought it was pretty amazing overall.
Story 9/10
The story is well-paced and pretty well thought out. Its a story with a few kids trying to have a good friendship but at the same time there is a love triangle. This leads on for some drama and some tough
...
decisions that makes you cling on to your pillow to see what is going to happen next.
art 10/10
The score speaks for itself.
Sound 10/10
I would expect the sound would be good for an anime that has to do with a small band. The music was really good from the opening, ending, and the scores within the anime.
Character 9/10
Everyone has a preference when it comes to who gets the girl in a triangle. However, you will come to like both of these women and the main character. Sometimes people are not what they seem. The development for these characters are amazing as the story progresses.
Enjoyment 10/10
I enjoyed every second of this anime. A romantic anime that I yearn for, intense drama between characters, and some emotional scenes that make you feel emotional. You will become happy, you will become sad, and you might even get mad.
Overall 10/10
This is really good anime to watch especially for people who are into romance, drama, or slice of life. This is a good anime for you.
Sequel please?
