Story- There was no real story that went along with the whole season. Basically, each episode had its own theme (or it was pure fan service in one episode). The only thing that could be considered a developing story was the last two episodes.
Art- Nothing out of the ordinary. It didn't break any boundaries with its art but it did a good job of doing what it always does.
Sound- Again, nothing pops out to amaze the viewer but it doesn't hurt the anime either. The sound is there just to make it less awkward than pure silence.
Character- The characters were bland. Only one character develops in the whole anime. All the other characters stay the same and just keep rolling that way.
Enjoyment- Some of the episodes it felt like a job rolling through but others made the who ride worth it. The beginning and end of the whole season was great but the middle was basically trying to find things to fill it in.
Overall- It was a good anime. I don't regret watching it. It could have done far better if it would have tried to and if it would have given something better to hold on to mid season. read more

Story- The story was nothing special but the show stayed on track. I really liked how each episode would add on to the storyline and make sure to develop the characters.
Art- Simply amazing. Ef kept amazing me at the artwork it gave and how the mood touched each scene. It kept an original taste in every frame and the colors always knew how to blend in the perfect way.
Sound- Nothing special. It didn't take away from the show and that's all that matters. It went well and everything seemed okay. Nothing shot out as WOAH.
Character- It was great to see how characters developed from season one and from the beginning of season two to the end. The characters, for the most part, do a great job of seeming realistic in personality.
Enjoyment- I couldn't help but smile when the anime turned from regular to artistic. When it wants to impress you, it will. Most of the episode were great.
Overall- I recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind barely above average across the board until it comes to the art. If you want to see a show with amazing scenes, great color, and balancing perfection, this show is for you. read more

Story: The story starts off a little slow but really picks up near the middle. In the end, it feels a little rushed but the overall pace was great.

Art: Every scene was beautiful. The colors were given a tasteful wet on wet watercolor feeling. The character styles were simple yet it seemed to fit right into the background. At first, you would think that the makers would give up on the looks after a few episodes but they carried it out all the way to the end. Some part will make you capture the scene and maybe even make it as your desktop.

Sound: The sound rarely changed from silent. The opening song was great to hear. Im the type to usually skip the openings but this one caught me. On more dramatic scenes, the sound added to the feeling which was also good.

Character: Personality wise, nothing was new. There was the oblivious male protagonist, the perfectionist yet jealous girl, the wild girl, and -even though its a little rare- the bestfriend's girlfriend. What made the characters good though was that the girls had the "perfectly worst moment" factor.

Overall: It was a great anime. Its better than a lot of other romance animes. The artwork alone made this anime memorable. read more

Story-
A simple yet sweet storyline. At first, it would seem kind of dull but the way the main character describes the world around him makes it all better. It doesnt waste time on unimportant matters and it is, in the best way possible, calming.

Art-
Extremely well drawn characters. Each one of them was shown as they personality reflects. Black and white blended the mood and the scenery in am amazing way. Its as if everything was thought out meticulously.

Sound-
No extra bit of sound was added to any scene. As the screen moves, so does the sound echoing the action.

Character-
Extremely simple. The cat reflected its way of being drawn. The girl was described in a way that seemed admirable.

Enjoyment-
I tend dislike most black and white shows but this one was better than a lot of great animes i have seen.

Overall-
Great show. It was a little on the short side but it was worth the search for it. Simple story, detailed art, geat sound, and realistic characters. This is something worth going out of your way to look and it doesnt take that long to finish. read more
