Gintama is one of the few series that I have watched that really has no plot or main storyline. It is pretty random till later episodes (which I haven't made it to yet) But don't let the confusing storyline drive you away from this anime! It's has a bunch of hilarious siduations and has parodies to other animes at times.

Something I find particually odd about Gintama is the time period. I'm a bit unsure with Samurai, Aliens, Space, Ninjas, Shinsengumi. I don't find it to be much of a bother though.

Overall, A really great series and you should check it out if you want a good laugh. read more

The story had a very interesting plot and seemed to be a bit like a halloween type of manga, but still had light-hearted romance.

A great manga to read, but you may feel a bit empty with the ending since it doesn't really have an ending since Hatori chose to put all her focus into her other manga "Ouran Highschool Host Club". I have to say that is the only downide of this manga, other than that, this manga is a great work ad I'm sure shoujou fans will find it adorable.
