Actually such scenes never edited in my country. I don't know why but Maybe Malaysians have no problem with it.

That was good, at least to Indian viewers of course. In my country only the nudity was censored not on more subtle ones which you mentioned.

I also have no idea why Shinchan survived in Malaysia for very long time but some other popular comparable shows like Pokemon already died.

Simply just because it can be replaced with better shows. In my country Crayon Shin-chan is annoyingly popular and I think there is better kid-friendly anime out there can replace it. At least it had decent Malay dub, if compared to other Maaly-dubbeb anime.
