I'm totally gonna take your hint and check out Macross Zero since it's subbed by THORA (awesome!) wiki the sequel, then check out Frontier. Macross 7 didnt interest me so its good you said it does not matter to the story.

Hey I'm planning to watch Macross F (I need a good show for my Thankgiving break) and your review for the show was really well written so your probably the best to go to.
I saw some previews and amvs of it and the animation looks stunning and the story seems intriguing. I'm overdo for an epic anime so I think I should definitely check it out, but I don't want to watch the previous seasons cause I'm not a big fan of older anime. I'll probably just wiki those seasons. Also Macross F is the highest rated on mal so I guess it's the best. I just don't want to be left confused cause I don't know the previous seasons and overall mythology.
I'm completely unfamiliar with the series so I was wondering if you need to have seen the previous seasons in order to get a good understanding.
any advise would be great!

Looks like the Kiss x Sis eps.2 raws are out, so it shouldn't be too long for for the subs to come out. Now too find to manga to keep me occupied. ^_^

I'll only watch Kiss x Sis once the final episode is out and I'll never check out the horribly censored anime series. Just don't see the point, when I never truly enjoyed the manga.

Yeah that is about the only thing Veritas has going on right now (hot girls well Madoka and Vera) other than that its kind of crap at this point.

I think you might likes this more, there are some nude scenes so it should keep that ecchi side of your personality entertained :P
Its not that long, some of the beginning chapters are long but since it was published in WSJ the chapters are fairly short.

I'll probably read either IO or I's, not sure which one yet, but Ive heard good things about them. Definitely read Suzuka loved that story, but its more serious than Ichigo 100% so really depends what your in the mood for.

Have I read Suzuka!?!?, sir that is my 3rd favorite manga!!
Forget Ichigo 100% for now and read Suzuka, amazing story, thinking about it makes me want to re-read it ^^
Hotel seems like and interesting story and it has really high ratings for a one-shot. I'll have to give it a go.
I have an eye on Mai-Hime, but I'm also thinking about reading IO or I's, have you read either of those?
