I could tell by your list. I've been into anime for years and I'm still not sure if I only just realised that I really like sports anime. The first one that I saw was Inazuma Eleven and now Area no Kishi.

If you'd like I can recommend you some stuff I think you'd like

I voted your first impressions review for Area no Kishi as helpful. No idea why it doesn't have a more positive rating. We seem to have similar opinions on it.

Wait, so the story on kill me baby gets a 7? It should basicaly be a 5 or 4. The story is just there for the comedy. So there isn't any story at all.

Yeah, so far this has been one of the better 4koma adaptations - of course, it'll be better to judge it retrospectively rather than based on one episode!
