My name is Jon I. (a.k.a. JANAi or Janai). I only got into anime in 2005, so I'm only into newer stuff mostly. However, I have been into video games since I was a kid. My favorite anime genres are: comedy, slice of life, and sci-fi. Due to my very busy lifestyle and limited free time, I tend to only watch anime series that are 26 episodes long or less. Most anime series' that go on for longer than 26 episodes are full of fillers, tend to be overrated (*ahem* Naruto, One Piece), and are just plain uninteresting (but that's just my opinion).
On the side, I help out with my friend's production company, Out-Of-Time Productions, which documents many anime conventions including Otakon, AnimeNEXT, Katsucon, and New York Anime Festival.
