I am a twenty year old product of the American public school system and a life filled with illness, shattered childhood dreams and petty aspirations. I shuffle through much of my life with eyes downcast and interest in the world noncommittal, at best. Somehow, I'm still a pretty nice guy. At least, that's what I am told.
I don't really discriminate on the basis of genre, and I will watch practically anything once (often twice). I started watching anime in earnest sometime in mid-2005, although I had a passing interest before that time.
As stereotypical and hopeless as it may sound, I hope to write anime and/or game reviews for a living in the future. Although I actually do have moderately extensive--admittedly amateur--experience in this capacity, it obviously is not a realistic goal, as much as I might wish otherwise. In pursuit of this goal I have begun an anime review blog, which can be found here: http://omoikevin.blogspot.com
I also play my fair share of video games, in particular SRPGs, JRPGs, and fighting games (with vastly varying degrees of proficiency).
