The high rank on MAL is what brought me to watch the show and I was not disappointed. The story for me was original. I've seen the movie 'The RIng' and the introduction of 'Sadako's' character had me in stitches. The early laugh made the rest of the ride easy.
The art was really well done. I loved the intro. The colours and frames really set the tone for what you can expect. The character designs are very pretty and real easy on the marathoning eyes. All the girls are really cute, not in a 'chibi' type way, but more of a 'legit' way.
Soundtrack is good. I acquired it immediately afterwards. Loved the intro tracks to both and the background music was very fitting for all scenes. The voicing is excellent. They all match (looks vs sound). I love a show thats really well thought out across the board.
For me, the best stories are all about the characters and their situations. This show was able to turn somebody's interesting situation into something very enjoyable. The characters are great and you get very well acquainted as the series moves forward (yes 'forward!'). The smile I had after watching this show was well worth the day off. The story moves fast and rides professionally on the vehicle that was the art, soundtrack and direction all the way to the end.
I'm a little picky with art lately but this was right up my alley. The clean drawings were a perfect match for the great characters.
This was a fun show to watch and I was left wanting to know more. I wanted to see more of the world created for those characters.
I enjoyed the experience of being surprised by the little things inside this show. It was so fun to watch- 2 hours sleep before work was worth it.
The story is simple, and simple works best in this case. I like that.

I don't think I've come across anything as unique as this. The story line was out of this world but not so far out that it is unwatchable.
The art was a plus for me, it was clean and easy to look at. The characters are very well designed. It was only 13 episodes, but I felt like I really got to know them well.
The soundtrack was very well thought out and really added to the experience of watching the story develop.
I'm almost tempted to hit up the manga to see if it goes any further. I was left wanting more.
Definitely not a waste of my time. Give it a go. If you get through episode one, you will shoot through the next 12 very quickly. read more
