I had already watched it but forgot to log it. I'm surprised you still remember me haha. I didn't watch anime for like a year or so I was quite interested in what I would find. I started with Fate/Zero series, think I'm on the second season now. It feels slow though. I really liked Steins;Gate though. I remember watching the first few episodes of it and thinking this sucks, then I saw some random review video on youtube where the guy gave it a 10/10 and really good reasons-- so I was like, alright, give it another shot. Loved it once I finished it.

Anyway, what's caught your interest lately?

I'm not too worried. The article said that Bandai will still pump out copies of stuff they already have, they'll just stop distributing new shows, which I don't mind that much since much of the new stuff is fairly mediocre. I wouldn't worry much about EVA though. The blurays have been selling really good and I'm pretty sure gainax is gonna do something like a bluray release for original eva once it hits 20 yrs. old

same, I got the thinpack a while back after getting rid of the original release and have kept it in pristine condition ever since. I also have EOE and Death and Rebirth, but I am still debating as to if I should keep them or sell them.

I tried to watch it, but stopped 2 minutes in since the opening scene seemed like an incredibly corny reference to the original, and robot dragons are very uninteresting in comparison to the space nazis of the original. So what about it is so cringe worthy?

Yeah I hate how the manga keeps getting long ass pauses before new chapters are written, but I read it supposed to be completely finished up by the end of this year. Check out the new chapters, the different direction it takes does make it more refreshing and it might actually have a "happy" ending.
